User Reviews

Not one to give a bad review but this particular trip was not the best experience I've had with BK. Sat at the speaker a long time with no cars in drive thru ahead of me, attendant was rude over the speaker(almost angry I was bothering her to take my order), order was wrong, fries were cold(the kinda cold where they've been sitting on a counter away from the heat lamp for a while, almost chewy... That kinda cold). The burgers tasted alright but were kinda just thrown in the wrapper however and dropped in the bag. It's fast food and everytime you go thru any drive thru, it's a gamble... I won't hold this one instance against the place, and I'll probably give it another shot at some point if I'm in town and it sounds good at the time.

Went into the drive thru making sure I knew what I wanted so I can be fast. I use to work at McDonald’s for years and I hate slow order makers so I myself ensure I’m not. I asked The child(becuz that’s clearly who she is mentally) can I have a double whopper w cheese no mayo, no tomato’s and no onions meal and i immediately get an anything else. Which threw me off with the rude tone. So I said add mustard and she says you said a meal. I say yes and so I turn to my spouse to make sure he wanted a Dr Pepper and while I asked him quickly and he says yes, I get two more anything else. So I say the drink. I’m looking at the screen and my whole order is wrong and she just keeps saying anything while I’m literally speaking so I say never mind and just drive off.

The cashier was patient & helpful; however, the food was lukewarm! I tried the new honey mustard chicken sandwich & the cheese was stiff....no where near melted...SMH

Very rude and unprofessional wouldn't even let us finish our order before giving us total and rushing us to pay plus the cashier handling food is steadily scratching and digging in her hair and ear they don't wear gloves or wash hands and the manager on duty is very rude as well and they messed order up completely

Absolutely disgusted by this.. I ordered a Whopper NO tomatoes and a Oreo milk shake. Get home my food had tomatoes on it.. later I get my shake out the refrigerator to finish drinking it when I find that there is a whole tomato at the bottom of my shake. Absolutely no reason for this kind of stuff to happen. Made me sick to my stomach. Absolutely ridiculous and nasty

I visit this location from time to time and each visit is a little more disappointing. My order is hardly ever right. Even a simple one. Takes longer to get your food than it does at Hardee's. You'll have one or two employees working as fast as they can and five maybe six standing around watching those one or two work. And the manager is one of the ones that's just standing around and not saying anything to her crew about teamwork

I ordered the meal deal and it comes with a burger, fries, nuggets and a drink. I looked in the bag several times. I guess I was expecting a box container. I told the girl at the window. A man came up and said in a very suspicious tone that he put them in the bag himself. I said I couldn't find them. I handed him my bag and he immediately responded rudely " miss you can't see them sitting in the bottom of the bag?" I felt embarrassed. Obviously I couldn't see it! I checked twice with my hands and it was nighttime. He could have said something nice, like "there they are it's hard to see them in the dark, I understand " he was extremely rude

Honestly, my review is for the staff but more specifically -the young ladies working the drive thru. Jaleah was very professional and friendly. I thought she was a manager! Namary was also super nice. After stopping at many drive-thrus, pit stops, restaurants (upscale and dives) on a long roadtrip, I can say with authority, this establishment is lucky to have amazing workers like them. I know Burger King isn’t a taste of the south (I’m from the west coast) but I got to experience a bit of southern hospitality. Plus, the onion rings were legit. Cause ya know- Vidalia!!
