Fries barely full Royal crispy chicken bacon and swiss No bacon no swiss
waiting 20 min for food inside and the girl (Amber) was more interested in the guy working the drive thru then waiting on the 11 people at the counter. The place was gross and dirty like no one uses a broom there. Food was cold by the time we got it. The fish was way over cooked liked they cooked it twice to warm it up. No manager around if there was they should of been out there helping or CLEANING that place up. The pop machines in the dinning are didnt work, They had to get the drinks from the back (makes you wonder). I will never go back here it was to dirty and food was not worth the price,
With only 3 workers they did awesome trying to help both drive thru and dining area. Went into dining area to eat. It's rough short staff especially being busy. Kudos for having a positive attitude 👏. Some people dont care. Hope me being understanding and pleasant helped you have a better day. I know what thats like. Was in food service for 20 yrs.
Dropped my rating to a 1 star after using the drive through today and watching an employee walking around pants unbelted and un-buttoned grabbing himself something around the DT window. That's the last time I'll be back here. Disgusting. I don't care what the excuse would be either. Done.
Ordered two double sausage croisandwiches, but got two single bacon croisandwiches. How hard is it to get a simple order right????
Avoid at all costs!!(((( asked for a barbecue sauce, had to buy it, fries were half full, refused to fill them up, burger tasted like cupboard (((( terrible service and no sense (((
Aside from being a customer experiencing bad service, i was in search for a job and applied and interviewed here with ROY and another manager. i was told i had the job, did all paperwork and was never given a start date. that was 2 weeks ago. ok fine. i go in today to order food and i hear ROY the manager talking very loudly about a “girl” who was hired and never showed up in front of all employees and guests. i could hear him from the very back of the lobby. i assume this is why they cannot keep, or even obtain enough employees. Oh, the employees also lie when they say they’re out of food. Roy himself told me that his employees just don’t want to make certain food items at certain times. this place is unorganized, mismanaged, lazy, and rude to everyone.
Everything thing here will absolutely kill you but damn if the poison doesn't taste good.
