The service here is typically not the best but I looove the burgers at BK so I always come back. Today though, Tyler helped us and it’s by far the best service I’ve had since I moved to this area. Keep this man and give him a raise.

The drive thru is open, the lights are on in the kitchen. I see online that they’re still open and their hours reflect that as well. However the front light and sign are off and they’re blasting music inside. I was ignored by when I pulled up to the window. If these aren’t your hours, then update them.

Food needs a kick in the butt. Not the same as when I was growing up. Whopper still is one of the best burgers around. Fries were cold and bland. Need a new taste for the fries bk then you'll be set.

We love our Burger King, and we love the workers at BK, however, they are CONTINUOUSLY UNDERSTAFFED, the ones who are working are OVERWORKED, they are VISIBLY STRUGGLING to do their jobs. There has to be a better solution. Right now, as I sit here writing this, there are four workers. The fry cook, bless him is trying his hardest to keep up and the orders keep coming in. He lost his cool, as he asked his coworkers to slow down on taking orders. HE SHOULDNT HAVE THIS PROBLEM IN THE FIRST PLACE. There should be two cooks. And the other three team members should be there to package, wrap and take orders, but it’s obvious there’s a disconnect there. It’s not rocket science, it’s common sense. TAKE CARE OF YOUR WORKERS THEY TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS.

The worst experience I've had at a Burger King waited 10 minutes two burgers I can plainly see the employee behind the counter making the burgers it was so slow they were trying to sort out onion tomato ketchup etc to make a hamburger notified the manager which didn't seem to offer the employee any direction and how to speed up the process of a simple order nor did management even care that location need a new management and proper employee training

Food was great. Service wasn't bad--the employee taking the order was friendly (she did mess our order up but was very quick to correct it). The lobby desperately needed cleaned. The tables were dirty and the seats at two of the tables had ketchup smeared all over them. The seat we ended up at had soda spilled on one side and the table was covered in salt--but it was still the cleanest unoccupied option. The real downside was the temperature. It was SO HOT inside the restaurant. There was no air flow and it was just humid and sticky feelings. Not pleasant.

It was a little warm in the store but overall my experience was great. The food was great and even though I had a trainee the service was good also.

Worst Burger King in the River Valley. They are slower than a sloth getting anything ready. Don’t bother doing a mobile order because you’re going to wait just as long as if you drive up. I have tried giving them chances every 6-8 months but it’s the same lack of urgency every time. Management obviously doesn’t care about the issues. I’ve talked to multiple managers and it’s always the same placating drivel.
