Place had 2 other people in the establishment, Evening sun was very hurtful to eyes. We tried our best to find sitting with very little shade. Tables are long over due for replacement due to looking very dirty. Otherwise we could have stayed longer. Wanted to enjoy more but very uncomfortable 😣 . Attendees were trying their best

Service was HORRIBLE! after waiting for 30 min for our food we asked to talk to the manager what the hold up was. Mind you there was about 40 people dining in as well (not kidding) & no one was getting their food. Mgr said that they are working on getting the drive thru orders out of the way so the drive thru line is flying by while all their customers inside are just waiting. Several others started getting up & asking how much longer & some wanting their refunds which took the Mgr forever to tend to & wouldn't even acknowledge anyone. So poorly managed & lack of customer attentiveness.

I ordered a whooper,n this definitely does not look like a whooper,I took a bite out of it, tasted like thawed out meat still🤢🤮I used to like uvaldes burger king,sorry not any more ..

Had to wait almost 30 minutes for our lunch in the drive through and then the waitress was rude and curt.

They got my Mom and Dad's order wrong. Also, the proper way to hand somebody their cup of coffee or soda cup is NOT TO GRAB it from the lid where your hands are touching the area for drinking! That is very unsanitary! Grab it from the base, not the lid! The tables and seats were dirty and sticky. I did not enjoy my meal as much as I would have liked to! Being with my family is what made it enjoyable!

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger all the way. Got a cold kids bacon cheeseburger with just catsup and pickles. Won't be going back to that location.

We haven't had Burger King in a very long time they were open Christmas day and decided to gets some fast food and it was on point we will be going again soon.

Food seemed to smell and taste like hairspray.
