November 2022: I was planning to take the family to McDonalds (across the street), but called an audible upon seeing the play area that Burger King had. Pros: * The restaurant and Play Area were clean. * We dined in and the food arrived quickly and was hot. The taste was on par with the Burger King brand and did not disappoint. * The kids loved the play area. My youngest was somewhat reluctant/scared to play in it at first because it requires some climbing. I got in and helped her get to the slide...she was all ready after that and I could not keep up 😆. * The crew seemed to be running the restaurant very efficiently. Cons: * The ice cream machine was down (not operational) 😢😢 Conclusion: Although the does not like to eat too much fast food, we will be back.

My son and I work second shift so it's convenient that this Burger King is open 24 hours but then we realized after ordering a few times recently that they deliver half full fry containers when you pay four or five dollars for a large fry and it's only half full you decided it's not worth going to then we get hungry and decide to give it "one more try" & go to the drive-through around 11:30/12 am and nobody even takes our order!!! that doesn't even make sense this Burger King has gone downhill for sure

Last night was clearly understaffed and the window person overwhelmed but the mgr helped alleviate an app issue quickly and professionally they seemed to work together to do what they had to do even Uber pressure. Didn't get names but someone with dreads came to the window she was awesome. Hard to get good simple customer service these days so much appreciated

The night shift needs to be fired and replaced They’re making this company loose SO MUCH money each night! I drive for door dash and it is always a waste of time energy and gas coming to this Twinsburg location. The lady and man that works night which seems like daily is always hiding on the clock or making excuses for why they can’t prepare a meal. The line can wrap around the building twice and they will still step out that back door peep around to see the line smoke a cigarette and STILL not proceed to take orders. The store hours need to be changed ASAP online and across delivery apps. This is a huge inconvenience for customers and delivery workers. It’s like this EVERY NIGHT. It’s ridiculous if this place is family owned the family is obviously loosing money by the car load! Better management needed.

Always a great stop for a whopper. Whopper, fries, and onion rings always hot when I go. Beverages are always nice and cold. Only marking 1 star off as they need more staff. Don't hold it against the employees as it takes a bit to go through the drive thru. Seems just seem understaffed. I don't mind the wait as food is always of great quality.

Itd be cool if someone actually took my order in the drive thru since this place is apparently 24 hours. 1 am on a sunday sept 17th.

I pulled up to the driver through and there was no answer @ 1230. I then proceeded to go to the window and saw someone inside walking around. I honked my horn, called, and there was no answer. The guy inside clearly saw me and chose to ignore me. This was horrible service and if that individual is that overwhelmed at their job or they don’t want to work, management needs to fire them. I was so disappointed

Ordered my food, first found out the shake machine was down, okay, got a lil bit forgiving on that, next I get the food and the fries are cold and stale. Like they jus tasted sad, I’ve seen depressed people be happier than these fries. Unacceptable.
