There was nothing special about this burger king. The service could have been a little friendlier. They weren't rude, just not friendly either. Their food wasn't great but how much can you expect. All in all I'd say my visit here was average.

This location is the worst location ever. I will not return or recommend this location to anyone. First off the manager is horrible, lazy & uneducated. Allowing the employees to misbehave during work hours & treat customers disrespectfully is not proper. They come up with their own rules & change the menu items around as if they're allowed to get away with this. They claim they don't have the royal chicken sandwiches & charge extra to make them the way they are advertising all over the place about them. They charge for a cup of water & they charge for the ice cream in a cup that is advertised but charge as if it's a water, they also charge for sauce when ordering nuggets, the bathroom doors are locked & they roll their eyes when a customer asks to use the bathroom, the Fry's are always cold, undercooked & extremely salty & the kids area is always a mess, including the little games on the tables (they never wipe them down).

We ordered a kids meal with applesauce, and apple juice. The meal came in a bag without applesauce, French fries, and a cookie with no toy. The service person (would not give me a name - dark hair died red on the top) informed me they were out of applesauce ( then turned her back on me rudely). I asked for the toy and she told me it was either the cookie or the toy. I didn’t know I had to ask for a toy in a kids meal (1st time ever at a fast food restaurant). I had to pay $2.15 for the toy. A six year old doesn’t understand we have to read your associates mind in order to get a toy. UNREAL! Rolling eyes and giggling between themselves in the back. A customer behind me said “how rude.”

I want to REPORT THOSE PEOPLE I SPEND ALMOST 13 dls on food ,and when I ask for WATER THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL CHARGE ME FOR A CUP OF WATER ( TAP WATER) what's is this in California?? Is illegal to charge for a cup of water I was so thirsty it was more than 100 degrees. Horrible exoeand the manager didn't handle the situation properly. Racist and rude!! Never going back to that place.

Its so horrible how people want to defame everyone because they feel offended. I was there the day the manager had an incident with a super rude customer claiming her daughter was autistic. She was told in a calm manner to please restrain her child and prevent her from entering the kitchen. And then the customer begins to cuss accusing the manager of descriminating against her child. She still apologies to the customer who then procedes to toss soda everywhere and tell her to clean up after her. As if that wasn't enough she begins to toss fries and nuggets all over the place. After all of this she then pull out her phone and starts saying she's descriminating against her daughter. These employees don't get paid enough to deal with problematic customers. The manager still proceeded to give her a refund for all the food she just threw everywhere and the rude customer proceeds to threaten to get her fired. She should definitely look in to defamation law. Rude customers have to be held accountable for their actions too. If she is fired she should definitely talk to a lawyer. Defamation is a real thing and too many people get away with their one sided stories.

You guys have got to be kidding me with the manager, Stephanie. The fact she hasn’t been held accountable for her actions towards a disabled child, is really disgusting. I will be following this up the entire way until she is held accountable. The fact she’s going viral for her foul behavior, and she’s still working there. Speaks VOLUMES…

Someone online is causing problems saying she got discriminated against after saying the employee didn’t know her daughter acting up was caused by autism. That lady doesn’t deserve to be fired and she should sue the woman for taking pictures of her without her consent because this is harrassment.

I can only speak for my experience with Burger King and Stephanie my service was great and staff was friendly me and my family will be back again
