We ordered our food, went to look for a table to sit at and all of the booths had a window next to it. On the window seals were lots of dead flies. It looks like they have been there for a couple days or more. I told the girl at the counter and all she said was thank you for letting me know. I doubt she went over the clean them up. I highly suggest eating somewhere else.

We were on a road trip and I warned my family not to eat here because of the negative reviews. They kept insisting how good Burger King was. When I told them we should just go to Wendy's, they told me no way. The food they ate was horrible and they couldn't even finish half of the hamburger because it was so bad, and that was even remade 4 times to get it right. Needless to say, I enjoyed my Wendy's hamburger while they already feel like they food poisoning. 😆 A "Mitchell's vs. The Machine moment!"

I was disappointed in receiving my food and found out I didn't receive a lettuce wrap; which I asked for. I can't have buns any more. It has been like this for years. When I ask for a lettuce wrap; I usually can receive one. This time it didn't happen. However, their food is excellent. I would recommend it. Thank You!!!!

There was only one car ahead of us, we placed our order at 8:26pm and were asked to wait out front for our food. They didn't come out until 8:50pm and they didn't have any of our drinks, upon further inspection, they didn't give us any of our fries either. So I had to go inside of the restaurant to get the rest of my order. I was missing one large fry, and one medium fry. They told me they were out of large fries, so they only gave me medium fries. It is a joke to wait that long for 'fast food' and even then nothing was right.

Stood in line for 20 minutes just to find out they dont have what I want. No chicken, and most condiments were out as well. Not the only one to walk out because of wait time and lack of food products. Pers I n who ordered the food this week forgot this weekend is busiest of year. Rodeo week and super busy. I walked a mile just to be told no food, cant eat the food on the rest of the menu.

Terribly dirty! Unhygienic at a high level! Staff rude! Not even after 10 minutes of waiting, no one approached me, not even when I asked if someone would serve me! I ended up leaving hungry! Shame!

As someone who is close friends with a manager, as well as someone who has worked in fast food, I try my best to be understanding that mistakes do happen. That being said, I find it awfully hard to comprehend that the evening shift struggles with completing orders properly frequently. Not the closing shift, I mean those who work between the hours of 3-8 so far now. Yesterday, I had stopped in before going to work, took about 3-4 minutes to have my order taken and another 7 to be finished incorrectly. I had them remade the Whopper Jr, I'm not sure how or why they can't read no onions or tomatoes, but it happens often, not realizing or checking to see that my Chicken Jr was also missing something I had specifically ordered. Too late, I'm on my way to work but at least I had them remake the Whopper. I return today with my child who hasn't been feeling the best as a lil treat for being such a tropper the past week, I see the same workers from the day before. Upon that realization, we both had the same expression of, "Ugh," across our faces, myself and the worker who took my order. However, with my kiddo in tow, I had my order taken and was given the best customer service, smile and all. My order was made correctly this time, however, the poor gentleman following me got the same exact thing as I did, just without onion due to allergies. He had them remake his sandwich, however, it should not get to this point. It just makes me so sad that I can't not visit during the hours my friend works and ensure that I receive my order correctly every time, the first time. Edit to Update and add: my service returning was excellent. My order was promptly taken, fresh food, and delicious cookies for desert. The lobby was sparkling and the staff on shift were absolutely wonderful. I hope to continue to see the improvement and progress that has been made here.

Dear Burger King, I’ve finally had enough. You’ve truly been my toxic fast food relationship. It gets late and I hear you’re own version of the “you up” text. “Whopper Whopper Whopper Whopper “. It brings me to the good times we’ve had and makes me forget the bad. The times I ate $1.50 nuggies in college. The times I had whopper Wednesday after ultimate frisbee. But the bad times outweigh the good. After spending the weekend with my head in the toilet after a single late night whopper I’ve decided to end this. Don’t call me. Don’t come over.
