First my order was completely wrong, then I call to tell them and they say to come in and they will replace it. I kept saying that it was fine that I already ate it and just wanted them to know. They insisted that I come in to get the meals replaced, so I go in and the manager I talked to decided to go on break knowing she just told me to come in and didn't tell anyone about me coming in. The other manager argues with me until I tell her how would I know that my oder was wrong because a NEW employee had made the mistake, so she tells the cook to make the burgers. He doesn't and she tells him again 10 minutes later, then I tell him that he's supposed to make them because my order was messed up because I noticed that he keeps looking at the orders and not seeing what she's telling him to make. I don't blame the employee's this is a management problem.

It’s very hard to find a great fast food place. With that being said I have to admit that this Burger King is one if not the best Burger Kings I’ve ever been too. Always clean, great friendly service, and fresh food.

The older lady at the drive-thru is rather rude. She used to work at 7-11 and has the same attitude she had when she worked there. Asked for 6 double cheeseburgers and get the the response how many 2? I ended up with 6 regular cheeseburgers, wierd taste in my mouth, and a headache. Will not return when she is there.

Service is decent most of the time.. Prices are so-so.. Today, the syrup for french toast sticks wasn't completely sealed(a little sticky on outside of it prior to opening it)..at first I thought maybe it was from someone's hands maybe, but when I opened it, there actually were 2 dead ants in it, so I knew it wasn't completely sealed to start with .. Probably won't be able to stomach idea of eating breakfast again there. I know these things can happen, but it's just kind of gross..

This is the best Burger King in the area. Always friendly, always prompt and accurate with the orders. If you want some good fast food, choose this Burger King over the one on Lincoln Highway

I was in here a couple weeks ago and six hours later I was subject to the worst food poisoning of my life. I was throwing up for 2 days. Mind you I hadn't eaten at any other establishment within the time frame so I know it was here that I got it. When I contacted them to check their food I got a huge attitude about it. They offered no apology and basically acted like there was no way it could have happened cause they temp everything. (My sandwich wasn't even that hot.) At any rate I contacted them and let them even know I wasn't mad and they still gave me attitude, I just wanted them to check their food so nobody else got sick. What's more is I used to frequent this Burger King a lot and so it's sad to see that standards have dropped to this extent. I won't be back anymore for sure. I should note I guess that the staff are pretty friendly otherwise. The manager on the phone I spoke to however was pretty rude.

Dekalb Burger King should learn from the Sycamore location. The managers at Sycamore are dressed surprisingly well. One wears a dress, and the other is in a formal button-up shirt and slacks. During the lunch rush, they move fluidly together and greet customers as if they were in a restaurant. The food is also made as if it were an actual restaurant.

I enjoyed my lunch here.i always get no mayo, and extra onions on my whopper with cheese.....I did get the meal.. They have good ice tea ..
