I was craving their onion rings and they did not disappoint!
Do not place delivery orders. My last two orders arrived with items missing. I attempted to get this resolved via the Burger King app; Nevertheless, it is not working and the assistant manager was unable to provide support, poor customer service and unacceptable.
Was ordering a chicken Sandwich and a person kept interrupting? Saying you want 5 chicken sandwiches and heard somebody in the background giggling. Then I asked 4 onion rings and the person came back and said. do you want tater tots? We don't have tater tots. McDonald's heads, tater tots. Once again, heard more giggling in the background. I did not get what I wanted. So I decided to just go somewhere else.
Always excellent and friendly service, but 99% of the time my Impossible King is made incorrectly/made as an Impossible Whopper. They’re good too, but sometimes you gotta have that mustard, cheese and pickle! :P
Made an online order and picked it up through the drive thru. I got a fish sandwich with no lettuce and a big king with extra sauce along with some fries. I had to go back inside once to get the fries because at first they just decided not to give them to me, then i went to eat and I realized that neither of the sandwiches were made correctly. The fish sandwich was absolutely swimming in lettuce and the big king did not have extra sauce on it. Also the sandwiches themselves were very obviously just thrown together quickly without a care in the world, they're supposed to put the pickles spread out over the sandwich but this place always just leaves you a single pile of a couple pickles at most, always just thrown right in the center of the sandwich so that you can't even taste it until you're almost done with the sandwich
Every single time I go to this location I do not receive was I ordered. Whether it is missing items or incorrect items, it's always something. These photos are of my order this evening. The burger I received was not what I ordered. It was missing both the bbq sauce and onion rings that it should have. I'll drive across town when/if I crave BK from now on.
Everything was good as always but there air-conditioning was not up to par because of the 100 degree heat outside.
ordered impossible whoppers with no mayo and was served meat wrapped in impossible packaging. i am now sick as i can not digest meat. when i called they refused a refund.
