Wrong order wrong attitude and blamed both on the inexperience of the team. End result, poor leadership results in a poor experience. See picture - whooper failed in ever regard.

I get a Whopper maybe twice a year, just to full a craving. Worst fries in fast food and the rest of the menu is a loss. I wish they would bring back the rodeo cheese burger. Fast food as a whole is in decline, there are far better burger options out there. We are not living in the 1980s anymore.

It's funny how they expect higher wages for these jobs. Can't even get an order right. Asked for no veggies. Literally marked it on the wrapper. But guess what? Put everything on it. And gave me the wrong drink. Do better

Had food delivered and wasn't that far from my apartment and food was cold. Given that it was early lunch my food shouldn't have been cold very disappointed.I also have ordered like family sized meals with several burgers and wraps, don't see that option right now, must be a late night option for leftovers that don't sell

There wasn't one clean table inside. We were waiting for ten minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and we didn't get everything we ordered so we had to go back up and wait again. Also, we witnessed another customer having to clean their own table! We won't eat inside the Springboro location again. If (BIG if) we go back, we'll be using the drive thru. All in all it was not a good experience.

I love this location and really think it's the best fast food place in the area. Everything is always fresh and hot. Came here at 1 AM and was able to get a freshly made burger and piping hot fries. Most places will only serve food they made hours ago when it's that late. Place is also super clean inside and has always had clean restrooms when I've stopped. I've seen Chick-fil-A's that aren't even run as good as this place.

I just came through the drive-through, and a lady was taking my order, and when I paused to see what my husband wanted she never came back to finish taking my order a man rudely asked me if my husband wanted a whopper with no ketchup I said no he doesn’t want cheese I tried to get the guy to switch my fries to onion rings for me and my husband and the guy said pull around so I did and a female was trying to take my payment and I told her that we want all onion rings, and she got upset and turned around to tell the man that was packing the orders how I didn’t want fries and I want onion rings she pushed my drinks in my hand. It was clear to me that she was upset. Thank God I am moving out of this crazy state and don’t plan to ever go to this Burger King again Springboro Ohio

Update 4/3/23: I've raised the rating to five stars, as this restaurant has been consistently diligent in making great food with a friendly atmosphere! I now go here for lunch at least every two weeks. Latest visit Jan 29th, 2019--I have returned my rating to four stars, as the service and the food have significantly improved! The atmosphere has returned to one of friendliness and service! I am leaving my prior complaint here for now, as the "manager" who was promising to retire is apparently still working there, but is trying to make a change for the better, so I'll withhold further judgement until I see it for myself. 10/20/18 Update: This was a five star rating, but when I took my children in for dinner last week, the so called manager was the grouchiest curmudgeon I've had the misfortune of dealing with in a long time. He took our order, got it all wrong, and never apologized. Just grumbled about how he couldn't wait to retire soon. I'll wait til he's gone to attempt coming back here. Also, there was a disgustingly large population of flies that pestered us as we ate. Nope, it's drifting back to the yuck that it once was. -original review:This is the first time I've been back here since 2015. That last time was awful; high school kids goofing off in the kitchen area, dirty and freezing cold dining room, and subpar food. All of the yuck is gone! ! There has been a much needed makeover of the decor, the service, and the quality of the food! The dining area has been completely renovated, now providing a warm mix of wood and exposed brick, and the temperature was actually comfortable, too! The food and service matches the welcoming experience that the dining room creates. And most importantly to me and my family, NO TELEVISIONS! ! The background music is classic light rock, played unobtrusively. I'm happy to say that the Burger King is back in Springboro , and I look forward to returning soon.
