Worst fast food place I have ever been to...this says a lot lol. Been here a few times and every time is terrible. I've worked in fast food for years and have never complained about a place. I drew the line today. I've been there about 3 times and have had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for the simplest of orders. Icee machine has been down for weeks and have gotten drinks with no straws twice. Today was the bottom line considering I only ordered a ten piece nugget and they gave them to me completely uncooked. Warm but literally white on the outside. This place sucks and will not be coming back.
Slow service and when you get the food it's barely warm not hot. My burger was horrible, they put like a cup of mayo on it then piled pickles in one spot, old lettuce and rinds, one tiny tomato slice and then they didn't even wrap it up right. It leaked mayo out so bad that the bag it was in ended up ripping because it was so wet, fries were old tasting and barely warm, if I could give a negative number I would.
The cashier was friendly, but the burger was made with absolutely no care. The employees just hung out like it was social hour, even though the dinning room clearly needed attention. Really, it is a typical QDI owned Burger King. You get what you pay for.
While visiting my mother in spring lake, Michigan we stopped for a bite to eat at the BK nearby. The girl (Ashley) working at the counter offered us some samples of breakfast sandwiches sitting on the counter. We tried a couple of these and were pleasantly surprised by how good they were. We wanted BK to know Ashley was very kind and helpful to us and we really appreciated the way we were treated. Not a lot of people in these positions are appreciated for doing their job well and I wanted BK to know. Thank you again Ashley for treating us so well.
2 cars were waiting at the window when we pulled in, we drove up to order and waited 5 minutes for the order taker to be ready, after ordering we pulled behind the 2 cars that were waiting at/for the window when we first pulled in. After waiting 15 more minutes, only the first car had gotten there food. Never again. In 20 minutes i can order food and have it served to my table at a dine in restaurant. "Fast food" this Burger King is not.
They refuse to make there buns gluten free...not everyone can eat wheat! Subway is coming out with gluten-free bread on a trial run at some restaurants in Grand Rapids. It's not like they can't do that...would be nice to see if they could this around my area.
Ordered fries no salt with a crispy chicken sandwich. It was served with in minutes, hot and fresh. No complaints. Service was about as good as you could hope for in a fast food place.
So slow!!! Hahaha it's a joke! I was born and raised in the village of spring lake and I can't believe I waited this long to post a review on this place! I ordered and Coke and fry and waited 30 minutes while people were peeling out behind me leaving in frustration! Who's the manager and how has he owned this place for the past 27 years
