You cannot trust the employees at this location to to pay attention. I have only ordered the Impossible Whopper and always order with no mayo or onions, but more than half the time I open the burger to find one or both was added anyway and need it remade. No excuse for the amount times this has happened, especially since I usually order for pickup through the app. All they need to do is read the order and follow instructions which they have repeatedly proven they cannot do. My partner and I have decided not to return to this location anymore which is inconvenient as it is the closest to our house.
They forgot my bacon melt told then they forgot it and gave me a spicy melt then got home realized they also forgot my nuggets. Tons of people waiting for orders some also left without their food. Only had one person making food and not prioritizing customers who ordered first. The Melt ain't even toasted and it looks like the onions were just thrown on there. Never coming to this one again.
Sometimes, you just need a grilled burger. The fish sandwich is tops as well. They'll make it fresh for you, too. Don't forget the rings and ring sauce. The fries are better than that other place, but ... if you're going to do it, why not go all the way?!
New people that work here cannot enter orders In Properly. Had to tell the same order 3 times and it was still entered in incorrectly. Got to window to pay had to correct it again. After all that order was still given to me wrong. Workers used to be policy and efficient. New ones ruined it.
This is the closest BK and my kids love it, few days ago I came to pick up an order for my daughter, guy helping keep touching his butt, with his pants hanging, fries were not Fresh at All, last saturday I came again, guy at the drive thru wasnt friendly at all, not sure If his name was gustavo but he was wearing a dark shirt, he was rushing me, my coke was taste less, fries were not fresh at all again, I asked for ranch and got bbq, not coming back again, and usually the interior is dirty most of the time, Il be driving to mcds starting today.
The workers were nice and the food tasted great. Plus it's bk, it's cheaper than the other and to me it taste good too. Only thing I could say, and this is more of an app problem, is that there no option to take the bun off the burger when customizing it.
Today, I went to this place for fish burgers and fries, simple and easy. They don't understand what I like to order, but speaking in Spanish, between staff workers, which language I don't understand, and leafing about my accent is not acceptable. Instead of leafing, they should take care of dirty bathrooms. Fill like an unwanted customer.
Worst customer service! Employees are very slow. Manager who is here on Saturday morning today is very slow and does not want to work. Giving excuses on why the order is slow.
