I didn't feel like cooking dinner so stopped and got an original chicken meal. I asked for my fries extra, extra crispy, not because I was wanting them hot, but because that's the way I like them. Considering Burger King is supposed to be all about " having it YOUR way" they certainly dropped the ball. Not only did I wait almost ten minutes to get my food but my fries were not only not crispy but barely warm. The person who handed me my food claimed my foid was misplaced while she was in the bathroom. If it's going to bother you when someone asks for something "their way" you're in the wrong profession. Would you like that kind of service when you go out? And to think I was going to give them a tip!
Unfortunately we don't usually have the best experience when we go here. We are vegan so it's an easy quick option on the go, but it does seem to take a while and often the fries are not quite as fresh as we would prefer, or they are heavily salted at times. Not bad overall as there aren't too many "fast food" options around to get a vegan friendly burger and fries at.
Every time I come to town and want fast food, this is my choice. The food is fantastic and the service is on par. I wish they would open one up instead of McDonald's in the Vergennes or Middlebury area. I know lots of people who would prefer it!
My Fiancee had the Whopper meal and I had the Bacon King meal. I have to say that Burger King actually lived up to it's commercial ad on TV 🎵 "At BK have it your way" I have to say that the beef inside it's burgers was well worth the price. Their French Fries were delivered hot and remained warm throughout my meal. Burger King "YOU RULE"...I will definitely be returning back!
Terrible delivery service. I ordered twice and both times were supreme disappointments. The first time the order took 2 hours to deliver. The food was cold. The second order was left outside my hotel room door. The Doordash delivery did not knock. I checked only after I was alert by the BK app. More of the order was missing than was delivered. I called Doordash and was informed that they would contact BK. They assured me I would be refunded. Needless to say, I did not receive a refund and there was no other contact from Doordash. I contacted BK but they also never responded. I will never use BK’s delivery again.
Food was fresh and buddy in the drive thru was m mad cool
Delicious, loved the Wopper melt and the service was super friendly ! And the place has a separate room for kids birthdays or whatever. Cool
Ordered food via drive-thru…line moved pretty fast during lunch hour… food was very good….
