Burger King is a long-standing fast food chain that primarily focuses on burgers. Mainly, their claim to fame is the Whopper. This Burger King is right off of Los Angeles Ave, next to the car wash, so it's rather easy to get to if you have your bearings in order. I mainly came in this time to try the newly advertised Spider-verse Whopper, which they informed me was sold out for the foreseeable future. That alone brought disappointment upon my troubled brow, and I had to settle for the Texas double Whopper. It was sufficient, but as you know, anytime you try to come for something you've seen and end up not getting it, you become crestfallen. No matter the outcome. Ah, so is life.
I try to avoid this place. I've been here a few times and each time I always get my order wrong. Today I reluctantly went here because my son wanted to have their new spider man burger promotion. I thought why not give them another chance. We went through the drive thur to order. They sold out of the spider man burger and he opted for their kids meal which had the spider man promo toy included. I order my son a plain cheese burger with bacon kids meal. I ordered a whooper meal. We got to the window and paid for my food. I received our drinks. I waited 10 minute before being handed to bags. I looked inside and it was missing my son's burger. I waited a few more minutes for the burger. When I was given the bag I asked the lady if it was plain with bacon. The worker said yes and I left. I parked in their lot to check and sure enough my son's burger wasn't plain. So we went inside and requested to have it fixed. So they made it. Waited another 5 minutes. Before leaving I checked again and it was missing the bacon this time. I had them redo the order and they finally got it right. This is the last time I will be going to this burger King. There is sometime wrong with their communication
Horrible customer service, they charge 0.25 cent for condiments.

Could you spare the fries? Also, why did Burger King change their ranch? It used to be so much better but not anymore. Now it’s terrible like mcdonalds ranch. Please do better
30 mins to get 4 chicken sandwiches.. and The end, all are cold, inside the temperature is almost 40 degrees ac full blasting when outside is barely 70
They need diversity here so people who are different out look different might be treated equally.
I came in today 02/08/2023 at approximately 11:33 and the manager or assistant manager Biana had informed me that this Burger King location doesn't accept the EBT card. I've been too other B.K's and they were more than happy to take the EBT card. Mind you they are on the internet as one of the locations that accept EBT card. Now this is false representation. I don't know who's in charge of this kind of situation but the responsible parties should look into this. I give Burger King of Simi Valley C.A one star 👎
