Waited forever & we all had upset stomachs after. Forgot my drink, then tried to swap it for something different after 20 minutes. You all should know what is 86'd before you sell it

Wanna know why BK is closing 300+ locations? Eat here, mystery solved, I was the first car in line, no one ahead, pull up to the speaker, have to wait. Tell the guy my order, pull up to the first window and pay, from the time I paid it took them 29 minutes to produce a Italian crispy chicken and 8 BURNED mozzarella Stix, and the wrong drink. Employees standing about eating food and laughing and talking while I sit at the window without even a drink to keep me busy. Absolutely pathetic.

As always my whopper is always great in almost everywhere I been. The vegetables were fresh.cause we always order heavy lettuce tomatoes pickles and onions.

I thought the McDonald's across the street was bad. No place could be worse. I was wrong. Took them 15 minutes to deliver my order, and it was wrong. How incompetent can one place be?

I don't know how they are allowed to stay open and serve customers. The place is FILTHY, Floors are So Greasy you can't keep your feet together, tables are dirty from prior customers. Trash overflowing. Four employees on this shift and orders take over 15-20 minutes to receive. Pop/Ice machine dispenser is Disgusting! Two of the young boy employees stood in the back just talking and laughing acting like they were in school on lunch break looking at the order screen yet continuing to have social time, instead of making sandwiches and getting orders out, than when there was 6+ orders on the screen they debated with each other on whom was going to make a sandwich. One boy was running drive-thru and counter, plus taking orders finished out to multiple vehicles waiting in the parking lot (trying to be productive.) One lady was refusing to do anything else but cook and kept touching her face, nose and scratching her head and not once did any of them wash their hands or use gloves. Chicken nuggets were undercooked, fries half cooked still cold in middle, fish sandwich was a Greasy mess and had mayo not tartar sauce, whoppers were not good either. Very Unsatisfied, instead of addressing to fix issues, I took the loss as it already took 20 minutes to get served ordered food and went somewhere else, not worth waiting for more screw-ups. Not worth getting SICK. These conditions and employee services need to be addressed. Disgusting and Unsanitary!!!!!

I eat here regularly. Can't recall ever having a bad experience.

I waited 20 minutes for my order, in my car. They brought out for everyone after me. What happened to this particular Burger King? Slower than slow.

Got it to go, always love the food, but they are always packed at the drive thru.
