We ordered two "2 for $5" WhopperJrs., replaced the fries with 2 orders of onion rings and each of us got a large fountain drink. The Whoppers were really pretty good. The onion rings were a bit under cooked. I enjoy my fried foods like onion rings, mozzarella sticks, french fries, etc. crispy and cooked to the appropriate temperature. I'm not one to complain much, but those onion rings were not fully cooked. They had a funky taste bc of this. The young lady who worked the register and took our order was very friendly and helpful. So overall, my trip to Burger King on this particular day was okay, but not the best. Sorry but no photos....
Sat in drive through lane as they took the other lane, on 4th car, no one took my order, went to the window line and sat there in the same spot for a half hour behind 3 other cars waiting for their orders. Absolutely ridiculous never had that before in my life
Huge sign outside literally says open until 1am. Went at just past midnight and they were completely closed. Multiple people were trying to order, no signs anywhere that they were shut.
Extremely rude and audibly sighed when taking the order. Apparently asking for 2 items is a significant burden on the staff at this Burger King. The daily struggle must be considerable in each of their lives. I feel sorry for them and hope one day they can achieve happiness.
The food can sometimes be good or bad/sloppy. On this particular day, the employees seem stressed and unhappy. Probably due to the work load and not enough employees. Long wait time of over 20 mins for my one meal combo. This is not my favorite Burger King to go to.
Not sick! I guess ok. Typical fastfood staf. Smiles can get fake, but ignoring and attitude to a customer is sublime!
Food is never hot but always luke warm which is disappointing. Ask for no cheese, you might have cheese.. Sometimes the managers have attitudes. Update* This is the second time this particular location has not had medium cups and chose to give out a small cup instead. What would make them downgrade a menu item because they can't accommodate the actual meal size!? You never go down.. always up! I asked to speak with the supervisor and I was told to pull up to the front and they would come out. I was waiting there for 10 minutes and no one came out and the doors were locked so I couldnt go inside. Also, before all of this, I went into the opposite lane to order and they let me sit there while they took 5 orders in the left lane. I love Burger King but this particular establishment isn't getting any of my money again. This Burger King use to be soo much better before COVID.
No working milkshake/ice cream machine on 9/16/23 again and claimed receipt was not available 😕
