Went through drive thru waited over half an hour. There was obviously kids working talking and giggling. They didn’t get my order right. If it wasn’t for being in a hurry I would had went back and asked where my bacon on my burger was. I called the store to speak to manager and he obviously didn’t care just said ok and blew me off. I will be finding a new place to order once a week from when i go grocery shopping.

Waited over 20 minutes to not even get acknowledged in line. We literally didn't even get told "just one minute". What an absolute terrible experience. The family in front of walked out too about 10min before us. So we moved up and still..... Nothing!! Will not return and DO NOT recommend!!!
Walked in tonight sat at the counter for 10 mins and was completely ignored by the woman in the front. Not even a give me a second from her. She seen us standing there and continued to take the orders in the drive thru. We walked out and went to mcdonalds.
Just close this location already. From service to food is far below par. Or get some employees and management that care enough about quality and customer service and having a job to work here.
My bun was burned. The chicken is dry and overcooked. Looks like it was cooked in week old grease. Worst ever.
If you want 20 minutes and your order still be wrong, this is your place. Even after calling the AREA manager, it was like pulling teeth to A) get the right order or B) get a refund. Was promised a credit at the store and when I went to cash in that credit, I had to wait 29 minutes for the Area manager to call THEIR OWN store back. After all was said and done I did get my money back, however the way business is conducted here will not be back. Rather drive the 40 minutes round trip to Clarenda and get a Runza instead
7:30 on a Saturday night and nobody to take my order at the drive through.
