I stopped here a few times after I left the state fair. One night they were so busy and short staffed it wasn’t funny. They had a line running the length of the parking lot. The manager was really nice and handled the stress well. I didn’t catch her name but it was a blonde female with a nice smile. She was multi tasking like crazy. Every night the food was hot and fresh. The only issue I had was one night I asked for a large soda and they had given me a medium. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.
I ordered online, and this is the best crew that has served me. When I opened my sandwich, it was glorious! It was like my thought on the menu screen! Thank you people, thank you very much. This meal was made with love. Thank you BK crew!
Manager and employees are awesome here. Wish I loved closer to this location. Service great hot fresh food instead of it just sitting there. Clean and friendly staff. It was breakfast and busy everyone was calm and knew what do. Great communication with guest and other staff.
I boycotted Shakopees Burger King for the longest time (like years) due to constantly bad food, dirty employees and lobby, and under par management. With that being said we gave it another chance a few weeks ago and are do happy we did! The employees were well kept and friendly, inside looked nice, order was correct, and the food was SO good! We have gone back several times since with all also being great experiences. Way to go Burger King! We missed you ❤️
Ordered via Mobile, the 2 for 6$ double croissant is a WAY BETTER DEAL THAN MCDONALDS BREAKFAST! Andrew greeted me with "how are you doing today? May I take your order" which is 10/10. Not only that he hooked me up with a crown, gave me quick and excellent service. About to dig in, I'll be back!
This Burger King is better than the others! The fries and breakfast potatoes are always hot and crisp. I don't know how they manage that. Other people have noticed that, too. Yummy! I don't go inside, so I don't really know Bout the atmosphere. I drive out of my way for this place!
This is a fantastic Burger King. They made our food quickly, and it was fantastic. The staff were polite and helpful, and the interior space is decent for a Burger King. I like that they have one of those fancy mixer pop machines. Overall, 10 out of 10, would visit again.
