I ordered a dine in meal ahead on my app & followed the check in procedure at my arrival. I even told the cashier when I arrived that I had placed my order in the app & was there. After they called 4 or 5 other numbers past mine I went to the counter, politely said that they were serving customers whose numbers were past my own, and was presented with a To-Go bag with my (now cold!!) food inside and treated as if I'd somehow offended the staff.
I ordered two whopper Jr's and they gave my sister a small patty like WHAT IS THAT? And I also got fries for the side but they were burnt and has flavor of vegetable oil. My brother got a bacon cheese burger and they put A LOT of mustard on the burger. I also asked for a lot of ketchup because I'm a ketchup fan, But they gave me 1 little ketchup packet for 5 people and I did not enjoy Burger King. I now hate burger King im just going to switch to Wendy's or McDonald's for now. I'm going to switch back to buger King IF foods better.
Food is always good there. Better than McDonald's food, by far. I highly recommend this place for a fast bite to eat or dine in.
This place serves fresh food and it has renewed my love for Burger King! I saved it in my favorites. Great experience in the middle of this pandemic where are most restaurants are losing their customer service oriented attitudes.
Stopped here to grab dinner during a long road trip. The restaurant was empty, save a couple of cars in the drive thru and the employees. Being the night before a holiday, it was rather expected. Everyone was in a fantastic mood, and greeted us warmly. The order was placed easily, and the food was some of the best we have ever had from a fast food establishment. Both of our orders were "customized", and there were no issues there at all. We were able to sit and enjoy a quick burger and fries with no issues. Best of all? The friendliness of the staff. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kudos to all of the staff that were on duty Wednesday November 23, 2022!
My fries were burnt and that's all I ordered. The oil on them tastes so old. I had to wait like 10 mini on the side of the building along with another customer eventhough nobody was in line for them to bring me more fries. That taste the same and have no salt. SMH... I used to love this place. Seems like thy need new management. Or at least someone that actually cares about the food they put out. Ugh!!!!!!
I just went through the drive through of this Burger King and they got my burger toppings wrong. When I go to get it made the right way the women snatched the burger and put it back on the line to be served to somebody else after I’ve already touched it . Workers were very rude! 😡
Had a good review till today, was shocked how rude they where, the lady all but threw the change at my wife. Then the food next, we asked about our second drink and was told we didn't have one and the window slammed on us. Then after we sit there refuing to move, she opened up the window and said what do you want! We Saud our drink. You didn't have I drink I told you!! So we showed the receipt. Oh ""huffing"" I'll get it. Terrible experience today.
