I was just treated with overwhelming shocking rudeness. I’m not kidding I thought I was having a friendly conversation with the lady behind the counter about why the Taco Bell was closed and she said people wouldn’t show up to open it. and I said if people were paid what they’re worth they might show up. . and then she says “well they get $16 an hour because I get $16 an hour” and I said “yeah but are you going to pay rent and support a couple of kids on $16 an hour? “and she said and I quote…“you should think about that before you start popping out kids “( because only wealthy people should have kids?)and I said…, and remember, I still thought we were just having a friendly conversation about people being paid what their worth…a And she raised her voice, gave me a dirty look, slammed the cash drawer closed and said “don’t tell me what I can afford lady!!!”and walked away and then I told the manager who was a very young girl giggled nervously and told me to do whatever I want and walked away. I can’t believe it. I’m in shock. I did not expect to be treated that way. I thought we were just having a friendly conversation. I’ve never been treated so rudely at any restaurant in my life and I do not recommend going to this terrible terrible place. I
Ordered a ice cream cone $3.49 the cashier took my money then immediately made the cone without washing his hands no gloves and then gave me a small cone for $3.49 you would think it would have more ice cream rip off of the year 2023
I çannot say anything too bad about this place. It's your typical BK and the food was good. However they shared the space inside a trucker stop with Popeyes and a a Pizza Hut I believe and the atmosphere was weird. If you need to make a put stop, stretch your legs and grab a quick bite, this place is alright.
Very fast at doing service the BK in town is always better than Popeyes and twice as good as the customer service at Taco Bell even for me when I work I get good old employee discounts
All menu prices are wrong most items $1-2 more when they actually ring it up, pretty sure that's illegal. Employees standing around looking like they were just pulled in off the street after a weekend long bender and slapped a uniform on
Disappointed on mothers day. Traveling. No syrup for French toast sticks. Only vanilla flavored ice coffee. No shakes machine down. Not Good.
Taco Bell wasn't even ready to sell lunch. Sad to say, the restaurant in the truck stop never reopened. They were having problems before the pandemic.
Wish I could give it 0 starts the manager was unprofessional talking about how she was proud she had an affair on her husband. Took almost an hour for our food. Unprofessional and unsanitary.
