This is by far one of the WORST burger kings you can go to! Every time I order online they are missing something I order and say they are out of it. Then when you ask for a refund they tell you they can't give one nor replace said missing item. The staff are usually really rude, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous! Even when they aren't busy you still wait for a long time for your food. Definitely not worth wasting your money and they are always messing up your orders! Absolutely horrible place.
Good example of what you should expect from Burger King - from the management down to new hires, I always have a positive experience at this restaurant. I’ve been stopping by for around 4 years and have yet to have a problem. Props to all the hardworking staff at this BK!
The place was empty but everything was dirty. All the tables had food on them. I ordered something they didn't have in stock. I was charged for this and not told they didn't have it. When I asked for a refund I was told we don't do refunds. The guy and the supposed manager on duty were laughing at my family after telling us no refunds. After refusing to just hand over my money they finally took the money out of the drawer for the refund after about 5 minutes of arguing. Also some customers speak Spanish and I could hear them talking about me in spanish while I was eating. Lastly my family did not feel safe while eating due to the staff. Being laughed at by the staff and stared down created a hostile environment.
I just moved to the roeland park area and the food is BOMB! the employees today (5/23 at around 8pm) were nice and my food was great and everything was correct. I hope that they’re being treated fairly and reminded of the good work they’re doing :-)
I hadn't been to Buger King in a hot minute, because the area I moved from had a horrible one. So, Roeland Park, what ya got? I grabbed a bite on my way from work & was pleasantly surprised. I may go here on occasion now. Glad I gave it a shot. Was not disappointed.
Food is always consistent, wait times are only terrible during the lunch rush, but I’ve never had any major issues with them. Better service than other BKs in the area.
Guys really need to clean the place. Kids play place is really nasty. Floors are coming up, none of the tables wiped down. Dirtiest floors I’ve ever seen. Cold as hell. Inside the play ground is disgusting as well. How these guys are not shut down 🤦🏽♀️ who knows
People there are badass. The food was amazing. I finally found a great burger king. I am so glad!
