Paid for large hash browns got small and one of them was French fries not hash brown. Unfortunately I got my food from drive thru so I emailed corporate to get a refund. Wont be supporting Burger King ever again. They wanted to reimburse me in a coupon format. Hell to the no! I want my money back as I didn’t get the food I ordered and my order came out to $13 they wanted to give me $10 to expire in 2 weeks!!!!!! Thieves.
Good food and service at this Burger King. However, the BK app would not let me add a reward on an inside pick-up order. I would have to switch to a web order. But I was already there and wanted to place my order at the counter. This has never happened before at any other BK location.
Horrible place! I rarely eat Burger King but decided to get some yesterday and have been throwing up ever since I ate there food! I will never ever touch Burger King again! And I recommended staying away from Burger Kings and other fast food places they're garbage!!!!!!
This is one of the best burger king's I've visited on long island. Same staff and crew for years, I've never seen that at a fast food place. The food is always hot and fresh.
The stupid restaurant was closed except for drive thru. Unfortunately I only drive a big bus. I don't have access to a car.
Very poorly executed, the new southwestern bacon burger; missing the full quality of the ingredients, barely any avocado on it, total disappointment, won’t be back at this location
I never have a bad experience at this particular location. One majorly big difference between this bk and others is that this one has a cool bouncy house out front for your children to bounce around in free of charge. In addition to that the service is great all the time, all give this place a visit.
This place, not every bk, but this specific place always gets my order wrong. Won't visit this location anymore. -update- Tried giving this place another shot and they put a smaller Patty with almost nothing on my whopper. No pickles, asked for cheese, got none. They never give the receipt either. I don't know why I bothered.
