Great, fast service in the drive thru for lunch! Nice staff and very helpful. Royal Spicy chicken sandwich was VERY GOOD! Asked for no sauce and added cheese, they were on point. They even asked to add other sauces. Very friendly here in Rittman.
I remember when this Burger King first opened back in the late 90s when I was a kid. Even back then this location has been infamous for screwing up orders, forgetting things entirely, and rude staff. Some things never change, it's still as incompetently staffed and operated now as it was back then. The tables are grimy, the bathrooms are never cleaned thoroughly, the food is either overdone or sloppily put together and soggy, and every employee will glare at you as though you are personally inconveniencing them. Avoid this place like the plague, you will regret ever entering through the doors.
Rude employees and manager. Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for order to be taken, I always order the same thing so when we got our bag of food to dine in I knew it was wrong. I stated it was wrong for a manager in the window to argue with me about what I ordered. Then as we were leaving we very blatantly heard that woman there as I walked by. You are right I am that woman. I am contacting corporate and also letting them know about the huge puddle by the back door you ignored even after your employee told you
Was there to pick up a doordash order at night. We sat at the drive thru screen for almost 10 minutes and nobody once came on the intercom to help us. We proceeded to pull up to the window when this horridly rude worker shook her head no through the window basically refusing to fulfill the doordash order. She didn’t even have the decency to go on the intercom to tell us they were closed. She was just going to let us sit there forever in silence and still didn’t even speak a word when we got to the window. Instead the mouthed “no” at us. That is some god awful customer service. This location needs better trained workers that’s for sure.
They have recently gotten better and faster at getting food out and accurate. Which is nice, cause if I'm stopping for fast food it means I'm in a hurry and don't feel like waiting ten minutes for stuff
Went to BK asked for whopper to be hot they took order for Whopper to be well done best Whopper my wife and I had in 40 years very good fried were great also will be back.
My burgher was hot and fresh made. The woman that took my order was ever so polite
On a road trip for a baseball tournament in Rittman. Food was good for fast food.
