User Reviews

Thank the wonderful staff... Allie was very attentive, customer centric, and super excited to help and serve. The assistant manager was also pleasant and professional. Was not expecting this type of great service at a fast food chain!

Service was very pleasant, the lady we had at the register was prompt and polite. The crew is excellent we had a few orders ahead of us and everyone got their orders quickly but not so quick there would be concern. Only downside for me personally is how salty the fries always are. But that's my personal preference I do not enjoy fries so salty they make the dead sea look bad, but the person I went to lunch with absolutely loves salty fries and even added salt. Atmosphere is that of an after COVID Burger King, it wasn't terrible it was just empty. They keep it clean on there that's atmosphere enough for me. TLDR; pleasant BK experience, very salty food, but a good fast food experience if you need something quick and cheap.

I went through the drive through today and ordered a whopper combo. I didn't realize until I had left but they upgraded to a large combo without asking for $2.00 more. $2.00 is not a big deal but the idea that they can make a larger sale and assume that you wouldn't notice. It worked for me this time but I will be less trusting if i go back.

Buns were cold they don't heat them up any more that's way people are not going there .maybe one or twice a year only. They use to Warm up them Hamburger bun . Now they taste Nasty to me

Guy taking orders sounds like he loathes his job, I was feeling rushed. the looks of the photo, it looks like a well established burger. Texas Whopper; as I recall came with cheese, I don't know if the item changed, or if the person preparing it couldn't read, but my only request was"no onion."

We stopped by just now, and the lady that was taking orders, told us to wait, and we stood there for about 5 minutes, while she went by the fry station to use her phone, we decided to leave and come to McDonald's. It's very obvious that her phone call was more important than the customers. Not happy. People get paid to work not be on their phones. I'm starting to realize that customers don't come first anymore.

Borger Idk I also didn't eat here. My friends did and they devoured the food

I don’t like the comment of if you don’t know English on here because the workers do the best they can. Some people just need more patience because me and my boyfriend had no trouble with their service or staff.
