Terrible, Super slow and incompetent service. They made me wait for a breakfast between 15-18 minutes in a drive thru that once you enter you cannot leave until the first 3-4 cars have been attended to. And all this just to tell me that already They did not serve breakfast. (it was around 10:10 am.when I arrived) .I spoke to a supervisor to tell him that I was entitled to an exception He showed a tremendous lack of skills.,and lack of consideration and he denied and when I was leaving he With a mocking and loudly voice told me sorry. He knew he wasted my time and I was feeling disappointed.
This place is super close to my bus stop so I stop by for lunch often. Crew has always been super nice and attentive to me. Ollie May is a ray of sunshine and deserves a raise. I also think it’s sick that there’s still an inside play area at this location, it’s super lame that others have had theirs removed. Protect this one at all costs.
A BK with a playground? Awesome! But then you get inside and discover it is pretty gross. The kids area has not been deep cleaned in....ever. the ketchup seemed diluted with water or some other thinning agent. Barely taste it. Food was ok. The fries were the freshest thing and they had no flavor! Not returning. Not recommended. It might not have a playground but the BK in the mall of america is 10x better.
Definitely what I expected from burger King. Can't beat a 1.49$ 8pc chicken nuggets. It was good, came with ranch and buffalo sauce which were also good. The customer service was actually better than expected. They thanked me and responded your welcome when I thanked them back. They also allowed an old woman to come to the drive through for a meal without a car since their inside is not open. For fast food, was a good experience.
It's clear to me why Burger King's are disappearing all over after my visit to this store. The food was awful and the service was horrendous! I didn't see a single smile on anyone's face nor did I hear any pleases or thank yous from anyone including the manager who was scrubbing some dirty shelving unit right on top of the front counter revolting!!!!/
Saturday 6:40 ▪︎Only service in drive thru, inside was closed. •••Was full, we arrived to give the order at 6:48 but guy ask for wait some minutes, we have patient and he took it after 16min, we advanced to get food and 2 cars were waiting when we finished got it at windows we paid, and after 5 minutes we got the drink and started to prepare our 2 nuggets and 🍟... we finally got all (2 orders of nuggets, 1 fries, 1 frozen lemonade) at 7:18, also we ask for sauces and they give enough!! 2 cars before, decided left, was so slowly. ▪︎This is no real fast food!🤣 Maybe to eat but not to get... ▪︎Food was so good! (They add extra😊🤫) 👍 ☆Recommendation: Have many patient!!
Bad service, consuming inside the place, I get up to ask for an extra order and they refused to sell it, because they said that they had already closed when it was 10pm and the place said that it closed at 12am. Thanks to your lousy service my daughter was left hungry. I will never eat at that place again. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Kinda dirty and outdated but service is ok. Food is ok not the best. Yeah Popeyes nearby it better
