When my girlfriend came out of the restroom she said that one of the ladies that works here didn't even wash her hands. She walk out of the restroom not caring about if I noticed either no shame in her game. That's when I told my girl let's at least charge up our stuff since they got outlets. So we did and that same lady that didn't wash her hands in the restroom is the same lady ended up saying if we buy something then we can charge up our stuff. Since when did you become the budget of burger King. Right away we felt unwelcome these ladies are very unprofessional health penal code for this burger King. I wouldn't buy food here go to McDonald's their a lot more friendlier and the outlets are everywhere. Stating facts. Check out the reviews on other customers that have complaints this is ongoing. I'll definitely call the health department and see what we can do about it. They should all be fire and bring in employees that will do the job right.
Went today and they are so understaffed they only had drive thru open and our order was all messed up. We asked for 2 orders of onion rings and one fry but got one order of onion rings and 2 fries and I ordered the bacon and cheese whopper and got the regular whopper. Also asked for lots of ketchup and got none at all. And we told them they got it wrong and they didn't even fix their mistake or anything. Don't think I'll be going back at least not until they have more staff and can get the orders correct or at least be willing to fix their mistakes.
Update...we just tried the new chicken wrap (for me) $2.99 and a Jr bacon cheeseburger for my husband. Both were very good. His burger seemed normal size, not tiny at all. 2/$5. Fish sandwiches were delicious. Not too busy. Road is under construction in front of them so you need to wind around a little to get there.
Food was hot and fresh. They only had 2 crew members plus the GM working. They did get a rush. The lady working up front ALONE did amazing job. I think her name was Jojo. The GM was cooking, working along side with her employees. Nice job BK
The inside was closed. Only drive they was available. The staff was friendly and apologetic due to the wait times. They are understaffed. The food was good. Best onion rings I've had in a long time.
It was really good and I was super duper excited that they have surge in the drink mixing device thing it basically changed my entire life forever. It smells kinda like wood in here, so that's good news for everyone that enjoys a nice WOOD smell while enjoying a burger or chicken or ice cream!
Most of the time they get the order right. The last time, nope. A plain whopper with cheese. How can you get that wrong? The downside- they are slower than molasses on a cold day. I have waited up to ten minutes at the order board. It was faster to go inside an order. Outside garbage containers are often overflowing. Always new employees and mostly grumpy. Looking in the order window the floor is almost always dirty. Littered with fries, sticky with dirt. I am not sure when cleanup is but no customer buying food wants to see that.
We didn't eat inside. They closed the one in Minoqua Wi, so the next one is not close enough to visit very often. Burgers are really good and Fries. Onion rings were over cooked.
