I went to try the Italian chicken sandwich and I was highly disappointed. First they have me the wrong sandwich and when I tried to call to speak to the manager the number doesn't work. So I had to drive all the way back to get the correct order. When I got the correct thing it was cold, soggy, and disgusting. There was barely any sauce and the cheese was barely melted. When I got back home I had to heat it up and add more sauce. When I heated it the cheese just puffed up and didn't melt and the entire meal was awful. The worse part is they weren't busy so there was no reason to ruin my simple order. The food should have been fresh and done right the first time. Definitely do not recommend.
Food was hot and fresh. They actually had onion rings and the sauce for them!! Its rare to find them both what can i say! Ladies working were kind and respectful.
Messed up 80% of my order. I ordered on the app. This sure looks like mustard only right? I do not recommend this place until staff is replaced as they are rude and argumentative about their mistakes.
If you like to eat terrible food in a place that gets your order wrong 3 times in a row, then here is your spot! They changed the recipe for the Whopper, so now there are no redeeming qualities. Why change a recipe to make it healthier? We aren't eating BK because it's healthy. And I feel like I may be shot at any moment by the staff, who all behave like convicts. I'd feel safer eating a burger at Angola prison.
This one disappointed, took 6-7 minutes to place my order when it came my time. Chicken and onion rings were over cooked in old oil.
We had to wait 3 minutes for them to grill the chicken for my salad, which was fine. However once we get back on the road found that ALL of the other food was COLD and they managed to burn one side of the chicken in those 3 minutes!
Rudest person a young lady gave me the worst attitude I drive trucks came as close as I can to box to order left me outside. Proceeded to go to window in truck not on foot but hanging out my truck due to clearance while trying to order shaking her head continuously as if I’m on her nerves. All burger kings that I have stopped at has never turned down a trucker order from me very disappointed
Ordered through the app. I ordered a very large order so I thought I was being helpful by ordering out of the way of others. I pulled in and they had to start making it. They gave us the right amount of burgers but nothing was made correctly. I called to get it fixed and Christine informed me she cooked it herself. I mean thanks, but it wasn’t what we ordered. I spent 45.00 in there. I guess you’re welcome.
