Food prep area: very thick grime buildup under stations can be seen from the customer side of the order counter. Dining area: food and stickiness under all tables, sticky grime on window sills, empty tables were not clean. Bathroom: no paper towels, overflowing trash, dried poo on the toilet seat, sticky floor. At one point everyone was standing around chit-chatting when they should've been cleaning up around then since it was so bad.
Drive-thru @ 9:10pm... Wed night. Whopper Jr Meal, water, cookies. No shakes, broken machine. Asked for salt and ketchup. No ketchup. No ketchup packets (?!!?) At a fast food burger & fries joint? When I said, rather shocked, "Are you kidding me?" The young man responded with, "first for me" with a shrug. I responded with a wry smile and said I wasn't upset with him; he wasn't in charge of ordering supplies... to which he said there had been a bus through - full of kids... sports team... which was supposed to explain why they were wiped out. I asked if they had mayonnaise packets. No. There was a sign on the window that said extra dipping sauces were .15 ea... so I asked if I could have a couple of those for free, and he was fine giving me some ranch packets. But seriously...? He didn't hear mayonnaise and think, 'hey... maybe Ranch or another dipping sauce...' (?!) It's not a big leap. My no cheese, no tomato burger was accurate - tasted as expected, service was fast. Disappointed with lack of customer service.
Egg-normous burrito was really good! My kids scarfed down their hash browns quickly and my wife didn't complain about the food. I did however have to wait ten minutes in line at the drive-thru. The car behind me had pulled off in frustration. I wanted to do the same thing, but we were all hungry. There were a couple of what looked like employees show up, not looking very excited to go to work as I was getting our food.
Play room hot as hell fire itself. Rude employees definitely didn't feel welcome. So glad we are just passing through.
We stopped here for dinner. They advertised everywhere about Spiderman. They had no spiderman stuff. Would've been nice to have been told that at the drive thru window. Got my 3 year olds hopes up.
First time to this Burger King, I now know what it was not busy. My wife and I were the second customer in the place. They were unbelievably slow, stopped for a quick breakfast and sit down. We ordered a number one and a number three breakfast and the hash brown / tater tots were way overcooked. When I brought it to their attention and ordered another order of them properly cooked they charged me again. I asked for some napkins and they told me that all they had were paper towels in the restroom feel free to grab some. I asked for some ketchup and salsa it took forever to get it I stood at the counter I guess nobody knew where anything was. I must admit the croissant sandwiches were very good.I can only hope that soon things will get back to normal for them to where they can take care of customers when there's very few there to begin with.
This burger king is pretty good. Clean, friendly peeps, and the food was really good. We stop here most times when we go to Poteau.
Best dang ol heart attack I ever dun did had makes for a great tasting laxative and an even better I'm sorry for when ya cheat on ya wife with the neighbors goat. Hallelujah
