Recently worked here Jacqueline was very unprofessional. Dirty store. Fries aren’t regularly changed broiler cleaned every other night. Meat being reused for the next day. Greasy floors, dusty ceilings. Improper storage of the food you consume. And the freezer that stores all your food is kept right next to the nasty friers. My second week working there I cleaned it and it was still leaking grease
Food was ok. The fries had no salt and had been under the lamp for to long and by the time we got them they were cold and almost cold. The whopper was barely warm and the chicken sandwich was okay. The chicken wrap was good tho.
Pulled into lot about 8:30, looked empty only one car. Got to the door only to be see a sign saying "the dining room was closed at 8:00pm for a staff party" that was funny because there was literally no one there. Haven't been to this place since my last review of it about a year ago and now I know why. Ordered some original chicken sandwiches. When I got home I bit into one and it was so hard I couldn't even chew it. Looks like it was really over cooked. Looks like I won't be coming back again anytime soon. I really need to stop coming here. The food was cold, a sandwich was missing and what kind of fast food restaurant doesn't have ice?? So luke warm drinks are what we got without them telling me there was no ice. I didn't find that one out till I called back and complained. Please just close this store!!!
Haven't been their in a year because how bad this place use to be but came in today for a large #1 and everything was hot and fresh and the new manager was really friendly hopeing it continues he's doing a great job
The food I had was great, but the service overall was lacking. The cashier taking my order had no enthusiasm and was completely dead-pan. There was a lady on drive-thru that was the complete opposite, so anyone on drive-thru right now is good. While I was eating my food, a customer went up to the register to complain about there being a food in her hair, and the cashier in question said "Call corporate for any complaints and concerns." I'm not saying they should refund the entire purchase, but that was handled poorly.
I think the staff quit and didn’t tell anyone . There was a customer walking around looking for an employee. I was sitting in the drive thru for a while so I pulled up to the window to look in and there was no one but the random lady . I asked her if she seen anyone and she said nope and she was in there for 20 min .
There is so much signage stating "Dining room open" yet the dining room isn't open. All my kids wanted to do was eat inside. Also they never have nothing in stock... you need a straw for your drink?? Forget about that
Went in to order . Girl ignores me at 1st . Then says give me a minute . Spends time talking to co worker . I stood there about 7 to 10 minutes then left . Rude , unprofessional, and ignorant . Place looks dirty and unkept. Saw her and one other worker , thats it . Few orders on screen .
