I tried the whopper jr and mozz sticks during their national cheeseburger week promotion... they fried the mozz sticks in the same oil as the french toast sticks... horrible. The whopper jr is small enough now to be considered a little larger than a slider. Not worth it.
The staff was very polite but the food was outrageously horrible. One order, 2 sandwiches and order wrong 6 times. Last time the chicken was raw. They apologized and refunded my money but that was unbelievable. Training needs to be done here immediately.
I usually don't write reviews on bad service and bad intentional food. This is not the first time at this location. There were globs of mayonnaise and so much mustard. We tried to wipe it off, it was just a waste of food. . I tried to take the survey, but the questions asked were so round about, I couldn't get my point across in the survey, so here I am. I tried calling the store, they would only hang up.
Burger was alright BUT the fries were burnt and very dry and the coke tasted like mineral soda with no flavor luckily I had Pepsi at home. Opted to spend 11 dollars on a large meal had I known the meal was going to be that bad I would've just ordered the sandwich for 6-7 dollars. What a waste of money
This location honestly is very trashy. The staff are unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. We ordered a 2 for 7, just two burgers nothing fancy, and we had to pull to the parking lot to wait. There was no one behind us, and we waited 10 minutes for our food.
The absolute worst Burger King I have been at. Cashier talking to friends in lobby, line cooks in the back on there phones laughing and giggling. No one wants to do there jobs. Food was horrible grease was burning you could smell it. Slow don’t begin to explain there speed well rather what speed they don’t have. There women there are so focused on trying to be cute that there not interested in doing there job.
If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. Worst customer service EVER!!! I ordered a whopper with mustard and cheese, no tomatoes and no mayo... it took the manager, 3 employees and me repeating the order about 10 times and returning the order once just to get it correct. They are rude and unprofessional. Worst Burger King in the Golden triangle. Do not eat at this location.
Bad communication skills and handed the wrong order, was asked to pull forward and I honestly thought they forgot about me after sitting another 10 minutes and was about to go in to ask what is going on but they finally came out and handed me the wrong order. Will not be going back . What's funny ....is I knew this was going to happen but I gave humanity at this burger king my last hope
