I was in town for the night and it was close. I ordered a number 5 and 8 chicken nuggets and only go 4 not to mention the lady was asking like she did not want to be there. Also I asked the lady if they had the freestyle machine and she told me know then when I pulled up to the window I seen that there was the freestyle machine and I have wanted a peach Fanta instead of what I got the Hi-C orange. The whole time I was getting my food she acted like it was the end of the world when I asked her for the barbecue sauce and then ask her for some straws that one in the bag and the receipt that I should have received when I got my change if she doesn't like her job maybe she should quit she had a whole stink attitude about me asking for the straws and my receipt. Not to mention the fries were old and tasted like they were just heated up
The employees were terrible and rude the girl that made my food stoped and ate her food behind the counter while she was making my drinks she made three of them then went and ate some more then stood there like a little princees then finally deside to grab my drinks all while im standing there waiting . The customor was not a priority at all . After my food was done it sat there on the table behind the counter until i finally went back to the counter and asked for . Then the girl acted like it was a priblem i wanted my food that was just sitting there geting soggy and cold . Finally got everything and it was absolute trash . Everyone there just had a terrible attitude and terrible service . And it was very dirty inside . Would not recomend eating at this location to anyone until theres new people and new management
The best Burger King i ever visited! We got our impossible burger as bespoken. The lady was so nice and helpful. The restaurant new and great managed. Thank you!
Always a hit or miss, their tea is the most inconsistent tea out there, they start to fill up the cup with cola and then finish it off with Tea that’s what it taste like, there excuse umm it’s fused tea it’s better, you mean you were too lazy to make fresh tea Port Allen has the worst fast foot restaurants anywhere
Mane I love the b.k it's the best one in all of baton rouge louisiana. Love the people amd especially the manager Mr Lawrence that man has a heart of Gold..... Always happy, very communicative and Just ready to serve.... He needs a RAISE
Everything from the food to my service was a really good experience, the food was hot 🔥🔥🔥 and fresh. Store was and parking lot were clean. Service top notch.
Very clean!!!! For a Burger King ones ive been to! The staff is very nice! Only why I rated the place at a 3 because they had no veggie burgers. Got me sad because I walked from the loves truck stop almost getting ran over twice for a veggie burger. #bobcap
Clean restaurant, fresh food and friendly service- even at an off time for lunch (3:30pm)! Seemed staffing was low but couldn’t tell from our experience. Only complaint is drink machine was out of several drink options- not a big deal.
