They gave us an extra fry, we ordered $70 worth of food I told them they gave us one too many fries and employee said it's fine! My daughter said I'll eat that fry the manager came over and threw it in the garbage and looked right at my kid.... NOT COOL AT ALL!
Always gives me fresh fries🍟 but the burger🍔 is always dry. Cashier is always nice no matter who it is. Service time isn't bad, just needs fresher food, "respect the holding times" then food won't be dry.
One of the few places left with a play land. Burgers ,of course, are charbroiled: "FLAT TOP IS THE ENEMY!!!!!" My kid played on that play land for an hour though!!! Couldn't get that kid to leave!!! Update 7-19-21: still grillin and fillin , had breakfast today here and it was great. I forgot how good their hashbrown bites are... way better than mcds. Only place better for quick breakfast is Johan Burger ya know Hon?
Customer service sucks want to argue with customer every time I’m in here rude atmosphere so bad where you don’t feel safe asking for any help from the counter or managers all around rude sad to bc I enjoy going to Burger King. Definitely lost my business
Came early and ordered via mobile hoping to use the bathroom and the doors are locked due to ‘staffing issues’ and the staff was completely unhelpful. Would not recommend.
I hit up the drive-thru about 1pm last Friday, and was surprised by the attitudes of the employees and the quality of food. Every person that I interacted with, from the voice that took my order, to the person collecting my money, to the person who handed over my order, seemed absolutely miserable, from tone of voice to facial expression. It was disturbing to witness. But worse yet was the food, which seemed to have soaked up the despair of its preparers, or at the very least, gone bad. The dipping sauces tasted as though they were spoiled, and the italian chicken sandwich (which I was so excited to see returned) tasted sour and queasy-making. I couldn't finish my meal, and felt decidedly ill afterwards. Not sure what happened to this restaurant I once was able to count on for a quick, tasty meal.
It was all good. Would have liked a little more onion on my burger though.
The guy behind the counter was super friendly! The food was lukewarm and the play area was clean.
