There is a management problem in this establishment. If you use the drive through, you could be asked to wait in the parking lot for your order without any apparent system to track who ordered what. No problem with that, BUT I once waited for 20 minutes and saw one of their employees going car to car asking what their order was. Today I refused to wait for my food in the parking lot for this reason since a DRIVE THROUGH is supposed to be that, a drive through. 2 of the female employees of the night shift rudely demanded I moved along because "I was holding up the line" and closed the window on my face. I ended up parking and going inside to get a refund but ended up accepting the order. I'm understand the circumstances are probably not great working there, but don't take it out on the customers.
I just wanted to take a moment to share how amazing my lunch was today. I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The flavors, the textures, everything came together perfectly to create a truly satisfying meal. I had a whooper that was cooked to perfection. The flavors were so well-balanced, and every bite was a delight. The fries was a fantastic complement, adding an extra layer of deliciousness to the overall experience. I couldn't help but savor each bite, appreciating the effort and skill that went into preparing such a wonderful meal. It's moments like these that remind me of the joy that good food can bring and the importance of taking a break to enjoy a satisfying lunch. I hope you all had an equally enjoyable lunch and that it brought you as much happiness as mine did for me.
Donna the shift leader definitely deserves a raise and should definitely be the manager of this location. She was friendly and professional while busy meanwhile the manager was rude because she couldn’t handle the speed of the restaurant unlike Donna. I hope to see Donna everytime I go to this location 🤗
This Burger King is such a vibe m. I came here to order 2 Impossible Whoppers to sit down and eat inside and they’re playing the most relaxing music! It is what you would expect to hear if you were getting a massage at a spa. I couldn’t have asked for anything better right now. I’ve had a very busy day and I am in between appointments with customers and I needed a vibe like this 😌
Slow and ghetto service. Literally every time I come here. Nevermind waiting long in line.just to get cold hard food! You should hire all new employees. The only reason I come here sometimes is it’s near my house. Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. After today never again.
There was a worker in there making our food she was teing her hair and didn’t had any gloves on and it took like 10 minutes to get our order i would not recomend this place
The most modern inside of a Burger King that I've ever seen. Great decorations and textures on the walls. Calm ambient lighting and not too bright. Good selection of seating choices. Food was hot, fresh, and made right. Front counter was well-staffed and employees were helpful. They do have to fill your drink for you though. No self service machine. Super easy access off I95 North or South.
The food is 99% of the time great and most of the employees that work there are actually very nice. There is 1 shift supervisor however that works there and she is literally the rudest and most ignorant person I've ever had to deal with.
