Purchased food and once 2 minutes away from my house I noticed my order was short so I called to inform the restaurant and was informed a manager would get back with me because they don’t have record of me buying the food. I was never provided a receipt but did go through drive thru and paid with cash. I was informed the manager would review the camera and get back with me. It has been days and still no response. I should’ve went across the street to Wendy’s or McDonald’s.
It was a very long day and a long drive ahead. I normally do not get a burger but I said what the heck, I needed something. So I thought it's been years since last boing to BK. And it will be years I will go again. It was 7pm or so, I walked in ordered a dbl whopper w cheese fries n cake. Fries had ben sitting there for who knows how long the whopper was Luke warm at best, who knows how long those were sitting there, cheese was cold. Yuk..... So no more bk 4 me, and thank you...
I just went to the drive-thru at 1:34 a.m., as the hours are published as open till 2:00 a.m.. I was told the store is closed. Definitely won't be coming back...wasted my whole lunch break driving out this way.
Am 8 month pregnant and was craving a whopper .. they had me and my husban waiting a long time and we where the only car also they made us move from the window on drive threw without having a car behind. are food was burn cold and had a bad taste made the 3 of us sick and my 10 year old too.... so it was definitely not the pregnancy they gave all of us meat gone bad ... never going back.
Maybe if corporate Burger King would offer these people a competitive wage, they’d remember that i asked for Swiss on my Wjr. This is the slowest fast food place in the area. Don’t go here If you’re looking for speed. Or friendliness. Or service. Rubbish.
Tried to get breakfast today at 543, site and window says open at 530. I waited at drive through with no answer. I tried calling as well and got nothing. Hire people that give a duck about their job please. Guess mcdonalds got another customer.
Whoever the girl was at the window in drive thru between 11:00PM -11:20PM 4/28/23. ... she gives the worst service ever! My bro was just trying to convert his meal into a combo and this was before he paid or before getting the food. She kept telling my brother she couldn't do it. He's worked in food service and yes you can. Her excuse? " the food Is already made". Wasting time just trying to switch to a meal. She could've served a cup of a drink and just adjusted the order. She acted like she had 10 cars behind us and there was none visible behind us. Smh. If you don't like customer service , then work somewhere away from people. Geez.
Ingredients are fresh and clean, not over oil. Napkins are in a bag was presented. Definitely will come back to this place.
