I go regularly. Food and service are consistently good as fast food services go. There have been a couple of times where the fries were old but any fast food place I have been to, if you go under any regular basis, has the same problem. It's the nature of the fast food business. I'm happy with the service as they have always been friendly and trying to do what you are asking of them.
I don't like to review fast food usually. What can you say, it is a quick fix for food. Staff is always friendly here (they have gotten rid of the others there that were bringing the place down), but they are slower than normal Burger Kings. Food is decent but you can get more and better food at restaurants for about the same price nowadays.
Hard to understand why with the 5 employees I counted, not a single one of them were able to help me, (or the other guy waiting) at the front counter for more than 7 minutes. The woman who apparently should have been taking my order seemed pretty enthralled with the conversation she was having with the gentleman at the drive through.. probably why she didn't notice the intoxicated guy in the dining room smoking a cigarette.
Food was alright but we had to pull around for a $20 order. Well we were fine with that until we had to go back in because they forgot 2 Large fries & a 10 piece nugget. We ended up getting the fries in the end, but no nuggets. The customer service is good but they just need to stay on top of things & give the customers what they pay for.
Good food and great employees. One BIG complaint: the drive through stinks. Why don't you fix the head sets for the person that has to take the drive through orders. We can hear them, but they can't hear us so we have to YELL our orders so it can be heard. Come on Burger King owners get your act together. Thank you C.Dennis Paradise,Ca
If you want food poisoning or your order given to you wrong, do not go here. Too many career fast food people in this building and the quality of the meals reflect poor training and laziness. Rude employees as well.
Our whole drive-thru experience took 30 minutes plus we had to go inside cuz they forgot our nuggets. Our food wasnt fresh and the nuggets tasted burnt. There seemed to be only 4 people working with a really full drive- thru which I bet is really tough I understand. But the food quality was awful and this isn't the first disappointment I've experienced here. I wont be wasting my time here anymore.
Sucked after I waited over 20 minutes to get my order. Went to the counter and asked where my food was and the manager informed me that I had to wait on other orders to come before mine. So I asked how much longer (as well as reminding her this was a fast food restaurant) at this point the manager got snotty with me and at that point I asked for my money back and went to Mc D's
