I wish I could have got the employee's name, but it's nice when you order something at the drive-thru and they actually have a smile on their face and seem happy with their job. And this guy did. Probably one of the better Burger Kings I've been to in a long time and that's why I keep going back
Ordered a chicken sandwich and was given a hamburger melt. Once I got home and seen the mistake it took me calling 7x to get an answer just to be told that because the employee rang me in with an order that I didn’t order they can’t do anything about it! The bread isn’t even toasted or anything. Just squished.
The employees are very rude and unprofessional. Talking and laughing through drive through speaker and never even take your order right after you give it 4 times. I mean come on how hard is it to understand 2 large whopper meals with cokes. Listen and pay attention and you just might get it right. Will never stop at this place again.
I had a problem with the order I placed, I called, spoke with the manager and told him I was sorry, we normally never have a problem there. He said, OK, come back in and we'll see what we can do. So I drove back down, brought my order in to give it back and the manager took care of the problem. Thank you to the manager for helping me out of what could've been an awkward situation.
I was just there tried to order food at 930 pm. After waiting in line 25 minutes it was my turn to order when a man screams thru the speaker he's closed and began screaming and cursing thru the speaker at me and the kid at the window. Unacceptable behavior. Several cars in front of me and behind me had the same experience
Disgusting meat manager refuses to listen to proper cooking habits. Told me my taste buds must be changed . That's gross bk . Seriously if u serve meat take some passion and don't over cook burgers in old containers. That's boarder line food poisening . Goto mantaee Ave instead much better
Service was great, food tasted good and the place was clean..... 10 out 10 for a BK
They're hiding in the back and don't answer anything on the order window. 😒 There's a reason people got to Mickie D's.........smh
