Service has gotten load better than previous years, new management and new employees. I was in and out of the drive through in 5 minutes with a large order. The fries were crispy and warm. The burger and the chicken sandwiches were fresh. This was during the lunch rush. The drive through employee was kind and nice, and in general my recent experience with this Burger King location have gotten light years better than before.
The service was fast (they only had one car in line tho), not really friendly. I asked for bacon to be added to my burger, they charged me but didn't add the bacon. I asked for A 8 piece nugget (which is now $2.39. Instead of 10 for $1.39 or whatever it was) didn't get it. They charged me for both tho and didnt give me my receipt. I would not recommend going there. Mcdonalds, Tacobell, and Culver's are in the same area. Go there instead. It's cheaper and they probably won't rob you.
I pulled up to the drive-through at 953pm, I know it was late, but I just got off work. A voice came through the intercom saying I'm closed already... as I'm looking at the sign that says they close at 10. I contacted customer service, and I got a form letter offering me a $5 coupon IF I downloaded their ap. How ludicrous is that? Download an ap in order to get any kind of customer service? I did NOT download their ap, but I decided to try Burger King again. I pulled up to their drive-through at 1157 am. A voice said "Welcome to Burger King where you rule. What can we get you?" I said "can I have a Whopper value meal, no tomatoes with a coke". After a couple seconds a different voice came through and said, give me a moment. I waited 1 and a half minutes (yes, I timed it, because of my previous issues with this location). I was just getting ready to leave when the second voice came through the intercom again saying "what would you like?" I said, "Can I get a Whopper value meal, no tomatoes with..." I was interrupted, he said "a Whopper combo?" I said "yes, please" after a couple seconds, he said "do you want everything on it?" I said "you know what? Never mind, thank you. Have a great day." Because I at least was taught how to say please and thank you. I drove off and went to McDonalds. Keep your $5 Burger King, So, NOT worth it.
Very rude im in the drive thru waiting and i just said hello so they can know im there the lady came on sooo loud saying can you give me a second i dont appreciate being yelled at when im trying to help you maintain your job so thanks for the disrespectful service.
7-28-23 @ 12:00 Noon Fastest BK and freshest I've ever had. Thank you all!
The worst place ever and the guys who work inside no respect they doesn’t know how to work and they doesn’t hear anything they steal money from you and you’ll never know.
Great nice, quiet eating my sandwich. I didn't know they stopped selling apple pies. I haven't been in Burger King in awhile
They wouldnt let us (as dining in paying customers) use the restroom, even when we stated we wanted to wash our hands due to covid precautions. They also wouldnt refill our drinks which is understandable due to the pandemic but made no mention of that when we ordered and there are no signs posted informing customers.
