Edit: went back and bathrooms and store was much cleaner. Only dealt with the same pleasant young lady from before. Better experience. Let's start with one of the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever been in. That alone is saying a lot. I will say that the young seemingly high school aged lady who took my order was very pleasant. The food was really good. It took a long time, which was fine and expected by me because the chicken deluxe sandwich has to be hand breaded and takes a while to cook. BUT, when I finally went & asked about it after almost 15 minutes I was met with attitude from who I'm guessing was the manager, along with the fact that the rest of the order was sitting in the warmer the entire time. They could've handed over the rest of the order so my kid could've eaten while I was waiting for mine. Also, when I went up once for napkins (which there were none of in the entire restaurant other than a few behind the counter), & once to buy a drink; the staff ignored me for a while until I finally had to get a little louder. Literally looked right at me then turned around as if I wasn't there. Place was also super dirty. Soda area was gross. See pics. Definitely not one of their better locations. If I wasn't obsessed with the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, I would never go again. If I have a choice though, I'll definitely hold out until I get to a different location.
Burger King and I have been best buds for years lol and probably always will be. Anything on their menu I've had at least once and I'll continue trying anything new they come up with. Dipping fries in my vanilla shake is my favorite dessert.
Their broiler was down, not their fault. Things happen. But I did think the girl at the counter was joking at first when she casually mentioned, "Just so you know, we don't have burgers". She wasn't! I couldn't get a burger at Burger King!
Ordered through doordash at 940pm. People kept dropping my order. Didn’t know why. So at 1030pm I called Burger King. They said they were out of everything I ordered. No chicken… frosty machine down… out of stock of impossible whoppers until tomorrow….. 👀 said if I ordered sooner they would have been able to do it… wth? So pure laziness I guess? Why tell me you’re out of everything. Very frustrating.
Went to Burger King in Oneida today.....girl at the window never said a word to me, looked annoyed when I tried to give her my card to pay, and wat yer looking at the a pile of salt due to fry cook with a heavy, heavy hand..... I cannot recommend this location..... Can I give zero stars??
Placed an order for a large group. Bunch of two for $5 deals. When I placed the order they gave me a free French fry, woohoo. But then they said because I picked it up in Oneida instead of New Hartford that it was now going to be two for $7 and that I couldn't have the free French fries, LOL. What a joke. Then again what should I expect with the 2022 hyperinflation. Still crazy that they change your order by $10 by going to the next town. On top of that when I got there some of my items were out of stock and they did nothing to remedy the situation.
Had to wait in the parking lot for out order.. and then it wasn't even ours that they have us. Rude service to at drive thru window too
Ordered 4 Whoppers, 2 10 piece nuggets and 2 JR.Whoppers(for several people) Not only was the price, amazing (Less than $20), it was also crazy fast!! The Server at the drive-thru was extremely polite and very clean and safe.. everyone I could see was wearing a mask..
