sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, two of them. cold, cheese not melted, crunchy hash browns-seemed old. cold as well. coffee tasted like cinnamon water. breakfast to me is the most important meal of the day, first thing in the morning, 8:55 am. nothing hot and fresh. I'm very dissatisfied with this burger king. and for these reasons I give two stars.
I love this location. The staff is very professional. I've been coming here for one and a year and a half with a teen I work and I never had a problem with my order and at any time I did . Jhon the assistant manager and other ones on that day would go out of there way to help us. We come 4 time's a week. Even though there are other Burger Kings ,by far this is our best experience
I used to come to this BK often and finally have the time to review but dont bother asking for specifics with your food since the afternoon staff that's on around 1:30/2pm never get it right. Most of the time they are rude and clearly want you to rush if your ordering drivethru. By the time I'm ready to ask for ketchup or salt they have already pushed my food at me and have closed the drive thru window. I will not be coming again to this location any time soon unfortunately.
Almost everything and everyone here was great. The store manager ruined the whole experience with her toxic attitude to her staff. She needs to lead and inspire, not belittle and berate. Customers don't like that kind of negativity.
Usually a round about fast food joint. Unfortunately the last time I ordered from them my sandwich had a twist tie inside of it. Went back to the restaurant and they remade my order. Cleared it up. But Im still reluctant to return. (Edited Review to 1 Star on 12/28/16) Went to get a bite to eat after work and asked for no onions on my burger and to my astonishment there were onions on my burger. Will not be returning.
Horrible service. Been there many times with my kids just to get home and realize the food we ordered isn't even in the bag. How the hell. Am someone forget to give you what you ordered instead gives you fries and a bunch of napkins and ketchup? And the part hat sucks is that it has happened three times over 7 visits. Never going there.
Had to go back in twice after I ordered my burger a certain way that was very easy to comprehend. Cheese ketchup and mustard only. Took them three times to get it right. People go through the drive through for a reason. Not to have to go back into the snow and walk in two more times. Next time I'll go the extra mile to McDonald's
This morning i went there the food was Good the wrap wasn't sticky like every monday my sandwich was fresh and hot. The crew members was working together mostly one she always have a smile and i like that i think her Name is Stephanie. She always have a smile and she's very nice
