This Burger King is the shining example of what the old Burger King’s used to be having to go away. They will having lunch but she got the French toast for me and I appreciate that you know saying you could have it your way so when you come here pleasant ladies at worker. God bless.
This is how their poor staff makes their burgers. The last time i ordered a whopper with cheese, they forgot the cheese and made it just as sloppy. The whole staff do nothing but play around and this is the results. The manager was nice about the situation but this is unacceptable.
The gentleman who took my order, can’t remember his name at this time, was super caring and nice and didn’t judge me for my consistent Impossible Whoppers I beckon at most Burger Kings (LOL, I kid, but truly most don’t either, so thanks BK 😊). Restroom was clean, dining area neat and sanitizer bucket in use by another staff member even though the joint was pretty quiet that time of the day, and the sand which was filling and FULfilling! Thanks again 😊
I do not understand this Burger King every time I order food the french fries and burgers are cold if I could give this Burger King a zero I would it never fails I'm disgusted. This is the only Burger King that does that!
They saw me coming in, then the employees went to the back where I couldn’t see them but I could hear them chitchatting a few minutes passed and they didn’t care I was at front waiting to order. Bad customer service and dirty store. Trash was so full that was coming out to the floor.
Worst Burger King in American. The silly cashier wanted to hassle me over .60 cent for extra sauces and didn’t put the cheese on my sandwiches that I actually paid for…do your job right first!

At glance the cashiers are polite, but the cook is not doing its job, I went to this location after asking for a chicken 🐔 sandwich 🥪 and a couple of bites I noticed that the chicken was raw yes raw, I went back inside the restaurant they saw the raw chicken and they just issue a refund without even apologizing like them were doing a favor to me, is not the first time experiencing bad customer service issues in this location aside from the raw chicken, check your meals before leaving.
