The impossible burger "vegan" is cook on the same grill with regular burgers I ask if the impossible burger "vegan" was cook on the same grill with the regular burgers and Michelle the drive through worker had no idea. She ask a manager and the manager informed Michelle that the impossible burger are made on the same grill with the regular burgers. I ask if this is the only location that does that and Michelle said they all do that. I replied thats not right because I have ordered impossible burger "vegan" several places through NJ, NY, PA and DEL and its called impossible burger "vegan" because people don't get meat. Thus is my experience here on a Saturday night when it wasn't busy I could only imagine what it would be like if it was busy. Michelle fact out lied about the impossible burgers "vegan". I will not be coming here again.
This Burger King staff knows what they are doing, they are pleasant, and they do not argue with patrons. A lot better in every way than the McDonald's on Bergen Blvd ( a mile from this location in Fairview). At that Mcdonald's, you are lucky if your meal is handed to you hot; a disastrous place to go. Burger King ftw
It is an empty night at the parking lot and it is very uncomfortable to maneuver into the drive-thru. I see that everything is empty so I decide to just show them the name for the delivery on foot. The door to the place is closed so I decide to show them the name in the Drive-Thru because it is empty. They proceeded to tell me that they cannot give it to me because I am not in a car. I thought it was a bad joke at first. I then ask for the manager but he tells me that they can't give me the food because I am not in a car. It was empty and I could easily grab the order and put it in my car. I genuinely never have this problem with any other restaurants. A bunch of cars pull up out of nowhere and I had to wait through that line. It felt like a bad joke considering that everything was empty before.
BURGER KING HQ needs to have this franchise owner shut down. Here is my order of large fries. My shake was half full too. My fish burger was burnt to a black crisp and missing condiments. Don't support this scam business please. Needs new employees and new management. It's really difficult to mess up a franchise this badly. I WOULD RATHER EAT DOG FOOD AND GARBAGE. Hopefully this review will suffice and I don't file at small claims. Ridiculous.
Very bad service...the guy he was take the order was rode his name is bablo ...he don't want give us the sos and he don't give us the drink. That worker should be fired..he don't know how he treat the customers 🙄...is not worth to spend money in this place because those people work there they work they way they like 🤔
Worst mozzarella sticks in the east coast. Please just get it off the menu

New management, remodeling great and service is good for fast food.
