Just stopped at this BK and ordered an Italian Original Chicken And a Original Chicken Sandwich. I can't believe that they consider this burnt mess as edible. The drive-through person was not friendly at all! Extremely disappointed!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE location. 9 times outta 10 the order takes forever and then is wrong and the times it's correct the chicken is burnt solid and disgusting. This location has been this way for 7 years at least. And it's DISGUSTING in there. Never fully staffed and the staff they do get are lazy and RUDE ! I'd give it negative stars if I could.

This is my FAVORITE Burger King!! I tend to play music when I'm waiting for my food at the drive thru. I am SO thankful that the employees at this location appreciate the effort to give them good tunes for the time they're having to deal with me!😉 As someone with severe tardive dyskinesia, it is greatly appreciated when people don't automatically look at you sideways for just playing music! Lol. These folks are pretty much always at least appearing to be in a good mood!!!

Service at this location is not the worst I have gotten from BK but is definitely one to make me find another location. Unprofessional, lack-a-daze-ical, no sense of urgency, and not sure if I got ripped off or not to boot. Literally. Think I was given a dressed up double cheese burger when ordering a big king. Was never given a reciept, took over ten minutes to just get one of the cooks to actually make burgers. And the burger was not that good, better than McDonald's but eh.

Drive thru woman was rude. On her phone. Refused to give bbq sauce overall horrible

Got one chicken sandwich Jr for 240 crowns and bought a drink small and it used 500 crowns. That dies nit sound right. I think the person working new what he was doing

Went to Burger King drive-thru about 9:30pm when I say even though they were short I had the best service all my food was hot very appreciated because I've had a bad experience about getting cold food the manger and his one employee they need to be recognized for the great service 05-05-23

Suspose to be fast food. IT WAS NOT! Won't have been so bad but this was around 3:00pm. Not really rush hour traffic. We were in line way too long for that time of day. Car in front of us had to pull up and park and wait for his food. Give them a little break due to the enormous crowds in the shopping center. Lot of last minute shopping.
