YES!! I went through the drive through and I ordered my usual American Chicken sandwich a new kid said it was no longer available ,but when I pulled when I pulled up Mayra was at the window and knew my order by my voice!! Give Mayra a raise! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!😁😁💪
Worst Burger King I've ever been to. I don't even know where to begin. The service was less than good and a little bit of terrible with the exception of the young lady that wasn't the supervisor whom was obviously upset and stressed out due to her yelling at the employees and her body language. Not sure why because it wasn't busy. I didn't get a drink with my meal because the only drink I like in that atomic fountain suicide machine, ran out as it was pouring, they ran out of french fries so they gave me undercooked onion rings, the bathroom was frigid cold, they locked me inside the lobby for some reason and had to go get somebody to let me out in the middle of the day. That employee had trouble working the lock. The first key he tried was the correct one because it turned he just didn't turn it hard enough or jiggle the door or whatever. He moved on to the second key that clearly wasn't even the right size but he tried anyway so I suggested to go back to the first key that he then tried to put in upside down. I didn't end up going out those doors that were closest to my car, which would have been convenient due to the storm outside, I was told to walk on the other side of the lobby and use that door, almost furthest from my car. All in all if you are looking for a terrible experience at a fast food restaurant (which actually took 15 minutes to get my food) I highly recommend this Burger King. Not sure if all the Burger Kings participate but in all seriousness I do not recommend going to this Burger King. Also the ceiling was heavily leaking gross brown ceiling water by the useless drink station. Got questions, I might have answers. Feel free to ask them. I'd like to end on a good note by saying the food was edible.
Usually when I write a review about a place I've gone to eat I like to center it around the actual food itself, customer service and all that other stuff comes later. As some know dutch bros is next door so I grabbed a coffee first, I felt like having a lite breakfast (not a big fan of fastfood breakfasts either) and hit up BK. I was late for the breakfast oh well I thought get something that might come close to chicken so I ordered the classic, when I had a moment to peruse through my sandwich it was dry with a smidgen of mayo (blah).
we went to the drive thru at 10:19 and order 3 number 9 and wanted to add cheese and bacon to all of them they charged us and when we got home there was no cheese or bacon. very disappointed since we did pay for the extra add ons, tried calling to get a refund but nobody answered
I went in at about 10:20 p.m., 40 minutes before closing. I ordered a classic melt, and three orders of the eight piece chicken nuggets. When I left the drive-thru I started eating and realized very quickly that everything I had ordered was microwaved. The center of the burger was cold and the bread was extremely chewy, and the meat had a very strong microwave to taste. The chicken nuggets were also very old and microwaved tasting. I don't like complaining about the fast food choices, but this was kind of ridiculous. I didn't even bother calling the restaurant manager, I called the district manager and left a message. Microwaving old food and serving it to guess is a health and safety concern, and I will be following up on this. Additionally, shortly after writing this, I called back to the restaurant to talk to the manager and let him know that I was unhappy, and he just said oh sorry I can make you some fresh ones. This is really not okay. I told him I'd be coming back for a refund.
I haven’t been here in about 10 plus years. Worst fish sandwich and the fries were awful! Never going back. Was hoping it was good like I remembered but I was sadly disappointed. 😑
I go to this burger king quite regularly for lunch and have found that they mess up my order more than half the time. For example on my last order I got a Whopper Jr with cheese and bacon but found that the burger was without bacon. That exact scenario has happened on numerous occasions and I'm at the breaking point of never going there again
This fast-food restaurant was clean, service was quick and friendly, and the food was fresh and cooked properly. I was hungry and in a hurry that day, and they checked all the boxes I was looking for.
