I'd actually give this a 3 1/2 star rating down the board. Food is pretty decent for a fast food restaurant. Employees are always respectable in my experience. It's not as fast as the other top chain restaurant across the street, but I get better made food because of it. I'd rather wait a little bit longer to get food that's put together better. I do recommend this place.
Food was good no problems with food at all. Coke was out at the machine, an employee told the manager it was out while I was standing there with empty cup wanting a coke and the manager just said I'll check it later. I didn't get a coke. Then at the table only found a couple cleanish looking tables however the restaurant isn't properly clean as there's spiderweb in the window with dead bugs all around the webs
I had a very large order tonight and they were soo quick and everything was perfect fries were fresh and food was good thanks 😊 great employees over there
It was great to have a fast food place that still has people who wait on you. No kiosk! Employees were very friendly.
Didn't offer ketchup packets even though there's no dispenser. Fries are a bit undercooked. Ironic since there's signage extolling crispy french fries.
I had an issue with the stupid burger king app selecting the wrong store for my mobile order Despite this, the manager was very quick to help me and get me my food. I really appreciate her kindness and she alone deserves 5 stars
The people who work there are the best bunch of people I've ever had the joy of interacting with. Facilities are detailed on a DAILY basis and the staff's attention to sanitation and quality wrinkle my brain. Led by the tenacious Amber, her crew radiates with positivity and a strong desire to please the customer. Some of the most painful and rewarding experiences in my life have happened in this resturant and I would not change one thing. Special shout-out to the humble and kind Cheyenne. You are appreciated by many and are worth more than you could ever know. Love Newaygo BK. My Crew Is Dope!
