We went through the drive thru and were served very quickly. No line, ordered, drove up, paid and our order was ready. The only drawback was that the register's printer was messed up and we could not get a receipt. This is a bummer for those that need to get reimbursement for meals for work. Not that big of a deal for me. Restaurant seemed to be clean, parking lot was free of trash. Food was good. Our burgers were fresh, not and not loaded with mayo like some locations do. French fries were just brought up, not and perfect! Thanks!

They have pretty good burgers and they typically do a very good job on any specific preferences such as leaving off mayo or the like. However, they fail to mix their shakes. Every time we've ordered a chocolate shake, it comes out to us looking as though it hasn't been mixed for more than a second. They leave chocolate streaked all down the insides of the cup, but the center of the shake is still straight vanilla.

This place is garbage, went to order food. The drive thru sign is gone they have a pallet, with the menu on paper on the pallet. I tired to order my food said they only take cash. Then about 2 minutes later said they server was down. How about just close down. That will be better for everyone.

Not to many options for food for a drive thru. I was traveling from Shreveport to Zachary. The fries was warm,I asked for no onions but they still put them on there.,...I eat onions but I request no onions in attempt to get a burger that's been sitting there and my Dr. Pepper was flat.

Food was fine and drive-thru order was correct besides them forgetting the dipping sauce... But we could not ask for the sauce or some salt as the employee handed our food out, abruptly shut the window and walked away. We waited for a couple minutes but cut our losses when he didn't return.

This place was disgusting! They had flies everywhere and it was so smokey in there like they're cooking with burnt grease. My eyes were burning! My onion rings were burnt! The staff didn't look to pleased to serve us as I heard one of them say, ( oh they got a whole family in here ) I will never stop here again!!

Food was hot and good. The drinks…. The mix was so off, water was pink. Coke was clear, Dr Pepper was barely beige. Employees didn’t care and said oh well. Sad, the drinks ruined the meal.

One of the staff had an attitude with me out of no where when I pulled to the window, told me not to complain if my order is wrong because I drove to the window too early. But nobody at the drive-thru told me to drive around after an awkward 30 seconds of silence.... lmao. On my end I didn’t hear anything else, so I just pulled up to the window assuming they were ready for me. And then the young lady who took payment was rude to me as well. Like bruh I wasn’t trying disrespect them or nothing, they were rude for no reason. Those particular people don’t know basic customer service
