I can't say enough good things about Burger King in New Paltz! I've been a regular customer for quite some time now, especially for their breakfast, and I'm always blown away by the quality and taste of the food. The ingredients are always fresh, and everything is so deliciously prepared. One of the things I appreciate the most is the convenience of ordering through the BK app. It's incredibly user-friendly, and my order is always ready within minutes. This saves me so much time in the mornings, allowing me to start my day on a positive note. The manager, Jasmine, deserves special recognition. She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. She has an exceptional ability to make everyone feel valued, from the moment you walk in until you leave. Not only does she prioritize customer satisfaction, but she also ensures that her team is happy and motivated. It's evident that she takes pride in her work and maintains high standards for her staff. In addition to their amazing breakfast options, I also love coming here for dinner. The impossible whopper is an absolute delight! It's so flavorful and satisfying, making it a great choice for both vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. Another thing worth mentioning is the convenient drive-thru service. I often find myself craving a late-night snack, and I'm delighted to know that the drive-thru stays open until around midnight or even 1 am. This makes satisfying my Burger King cravings so easy and convenient. Overall, my experiences at Burger King in New Paltz have been consistently fantastic. Thank you, Burger King, for providing such a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely be back for more delicious meals!
My experience here was great starting with my welcome at the ordering board. The young lady at the drive through was so customer friendly. And I must say BK needs to use the talents they have. This girl voice was an amazing voice for advertising. You just know when someone smiles taking to you and you can't even see their face. With my order it was well prepared and presented.
It took a while to make the impossible burger, the fries tasted different. However I enjoyed the mozzarella sticks.
Have been passing this place for a month.. stopped maybe 4-5 times.. I probably shouldn't even be rating this.. half were good, half were mistakes.. whatever.. I'll still go there.. just watch that you get what you ordered and you'll be good..
Twice now they've screwed up my orders on two separate delivery apps. Waited a long time for the order to arrive only for the super nice drivers to tell me they were given difficulty, thought I was notified about cancelation (I wasn't) and tried their best to take time to do it and refund me properly. Please learn to fix your delivery management if you're going to cancel someone's order and leave them waiting. Food is fine and service is fine in person, but please fix your delivery management 😭
I loved the milkshake a lot! And the chicken nuggets are really good! 1000/10 would visit again!
This lady was rude to me on august 25 2023 I was with my family eating at 12:46 pm and this lady was rude and she has to be fired somehow. She doesn’t know the mobile app neither she older lady she shouldn’t be working here.
Was here for work in a truck that wouldn't fit under the stupid awning with only 9' clearance. The person working was very rude and refused to take our order. Won't ever come back here again.
