I like coming here for a quick bite. The drive thru moves quickly and I never have to wait very long. My food is always hot and the drinks are never flat. They have the best fries here! The employees are always friendly and have a smile to offer. Sometimes you even get lucky and find someone who makes you laugh. It's nice when the employees enjoy their work! The parking lot is terrible and has been for a long time. I always navigate around the larger pot holes and cracks but it really needs to be taken care of. The few times I've been inside it has been clean and the items well stocked. I refuse to go the Menasha location and will make the drive here every time.
I am honestly sick and tired of this facility. Our bench was a mess. We had to clean it with napkins on our own. We waited 45 minutes for our food. They forgot the sauce for my chicken fries and told me I needed to wait for my drink. Okay I'm not going to eat my food without a drink. I waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks. The another 4 minutes just to get ranch. And on top of that my mother is severely allergic to onions. She ordered a whopper junior with cheese no onions. I have the receipt still. There was onions on her burger. She brought it back and the woman handling the money had no gloves on. Itched her head and started to pick through my mothers burger in front of everyone. Then they gave it to the woman assembling the burgers and all she did was slap a piece of cheese on there and handed it back, with the onions on. I know I am not the only dissatisfied customer. Everyone dining in was mad or angry. They were backed up as ever and a new by stood around doing nothing. Sincerely, a family who will never step foot in your restaurant again if this does not get fixed asap.
Decent drive through grub. Recently tried the Big King and was pleasantly surprised at the heft of it. A meal in itself, but it doesn't excuse the meat substitute they call their chicken sandwich (yes, I know - don't like it, don't eat it). Seems there's potential, but as long as the burgers stay flame broiled, I'll stay optimistic.
My visit was not a very nice one. I watched this manager "Jolissa" be very rude and unprofessional towards a trainee. This was very sad to see, she completely disregarded a lady waiting in line to service the drive through. Her professionalism is poor, I can see why this location goes through employee after employee. Who would want to work under those kinds of conditions?
Wish I could give zero stars! By far the worse fast food place in Neenah WI .... A few weeks ago went for regular or spicy chicken sandwiches (2 for $6) although the sandwiches were hat when we open the rappers they were black everyone was scared to eat them thinking they were burnt when in reality I think the fryer oil was just filthy.... The fries and the onion rings on the side were both cold and it took way too long to get through the drive-thru line with only two cars ahead of me. Today thought I would give him a second chance even though that was a terrible experience last time.... They don't cease to disappoint. Ordered three Junior chicken sandwiches one no mayo and a small fry. Waited in the Drive-Thru for over 20 minutes. The car behind me was actually beeping because it was taking them so long and when I got home the order was wrong I checked the bag but all sandwiches had mayo. Once again the fries were awful and cold which is strange since there were quite a few people in the drive-thru
I am angry at myself for continuing to give this location chances. Bad experience every single time. Each time you visit, you will experience one of the following: 1. Rude, unprofessional employee who either has a bad attitutude or attempts to rush you as if you're interrupting their meal. 2. Long lines or waits, even at off-peak hours. 3. Incorrect orders or extremely under temperature food. You get the point, and you've the reviews. If it's BK you crave, I'd pass through Neenah. Why has a manager or corporate not done anything about this place? Take some pride in your self and your job, people.
I am the biggest fan of the Whopper an angry Whopper and the Burger King fries. Unfortunately and the Neenah location is one of the worst Burger Kings I've ever been to. I go there often because it's the closest one to where I live. The staff there need to understand how their appearance reflects upon the store and the quality of the food the soda machine and the store itself reflects upon Burger King. I love Burger King's food but avoid the Neenah location as much as I can :-(
This Burger King is consistently awful. I've been here few times over the last few years and I have always been offered flat soda. Never has a bubble emerged from what they try to suggest is cola. In addition to the uninspired syrup in my cup, today I had french fries that tastes like they shared a basket with fish. I had ordered a Bacon King but, what I got was something else entirely. I like to think that the man tasked with making this sandwich is, at heart, a culinary artist and could not stand making the ho-hum Bacon King again. Although, I applaud his efforts at creative thinking,. Slimy lettuce, onions and mustard makes this sandwich a slick one to hold onto and a regretful one to eat. On the plus side, they bought a mop and bucket since I was there last. The normally soiled floor was cleaned and dry. Come to think of it, my feet didn't stick to the floor either. Good Job BK!
