The service has gotten extremely slow. I ordered an iced mocha and a sausage biscuit this morning. The iced mocha tasted like watery milk and the biscuit was dry and hard. I’d rather pay $$ at Starbucks than spend money on food and drinks that I have to throw away.
The Keyser location needs to be shut down until they can find good professional workers! It’s ridiculous that EVERYTIME I or my coworkers go to this location we either never get our food and have to request our money back due to the wait time in line in both the drive thru and lobby or we get food that’s not prepared as ordered! Waited 29 minutes in the drive thru for an ice cream cone to only get a cone inside of a cup and quickly found out the ice cream was completely melted😡
Rating is more towards owner/upper management. It was very hot in there, and according to employees their ac has been out for over 2 months now, Shameful that a big business like this cant pay for the ac to be fixed. Tje food wasnt that great but cannot blame the guys there. Management should be glad they still show up to work under tjose conditions. Oh and the BK sign falling apart doesnt help at all.
I had a remake from a previous time coming here. I spoke with the manager Jerrel on Tuesday, who stated he wrote my name and number down for a full remake of 2 whopper meals. I came back on a Sunday at 4:15 and was told he didn’t write it in the book but my food would be remade. I was given a cold burger with hard buns on both. The manager acted as if it was our fault. She told us this would be the only remake or she would charge. It wasn’t our fault they were incorrectly making the food each time. Customer service was just horrible.
Onion rings half raw wasn't even in the bag had to go back through drive-thru ordered one of the new chicken sandwiches no ketchup no mustard no pickles ended up getting a regular hamburger took a whole hour don't drive through was supposed to be quick...
Don't eat burger King anymore The air smells bad inside those places now, and the AC, and ventilation systems aren't in proper working condition.
I bought 2 king bacon burger and 1 whopper and it was on the dry side hardly any sauce on it !Service was good but you definitely can see nobody really likes the job they doing!
Ordered chicken nuggets waited 10 or so minutes, brought them to me ice cold, would have returned them but I was in a hurry
