I went through the drive through and they were patient with my order but did have a hard time hearing each with the speaker. When I got to the window the young lady was very polite and helpful. I was asked to pull forward and they would bring me my food. Over 20minutes later we still didn't have our food and were acknowledged when another persons order finally was brought out. However when the manager had brought that order she reimbursed me for my order and got my order to me quickly. There were still a few missing items but the items we got were correct and we were also offered 2 free ice cream cones for the wait for our drinks we hadn't been given previously also. The manager really tried to make things right so I appreciated that.
Good service, fast enough only one in about 50ish orders are either done or heard wrong the only problem I had was the dine in area had a toxic old man that was also loitering and staring at me. Edit insert: two of the ladies that work there recognize me and the other person that I come with and I can say do remember how I like my orders as well as the other person that's with me
I never have a ton of time for lunch service is fast and the food by far is the best. I work close to this store location so it’s nice being so close. From day one of me going in service and food have been fantastic and a very clean location! Thanks Josh
What part of tomato, onions only do they not get?? The last 2 times I’ve gotten food here they’ve gotten it completely wrong. No tomato and I get brown lettuce and a pound of mayo. I hate mayo… UPDATE!! EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I go here maybe once every 2-3 months and they’ve gotten my order wrong probably 80% of the time. The bun is hard, the meat is dry. He repeated my order back correctly! I don’t understand how this location can consistently churn out this unappetizing yuck and stay open. The employees simply don’t care and management is obviously totally oblivious to their incompetence.
I am not pleased with the night crew. Almost every time I go there I don't get half of my order. I called 16 times tonight to complain and they would not answer the phone. I'm a regular customer, stop in the morning and never have an issue, but at least 3 out of 6 visits at night they mess up. Getting tired of the mess ups. If I could put negative stars for the night crew I would!!!!!!!
Had some spicy chicken sandwich I have never ordered before, got home, ate the dang thing in under 3 minutes, and kicked myself in the butt for not buying 2 of them!!!
Employee was taking disrespectfully to my father. If an older person has bad hearing the intelligent thing to do is talk louder or clarify with questions. Didn’t even care to get the order right. Lost two customers today.
Ordered 2 combos. 1 with cheese, no pickle, and no onion. The other 1 with no mayo, no ketchup, add Bacon. Photos 3 and 4 are the sandwiches I got instead. I drove back thru the drive thru line. Asked for the correct sandwiches to be made. I got 1 made nicely. Pics 1&2 are of the sandwich made by what seems to be a 5 year old. I normally would not care. But this happens everytime I go to this BK.
