A couple negative experiences to share. First we stopped in for lunch to find the whole staff so wrapped up in conversation that they didn't even realize we were at the counter. When my husband finally as able to cut through the chatter to let our presents be know, a lady who I can only assume was in charge became very aggregated and rude saying they were in the middle of shift change. My husband asked if that meant we couldn't order, her reply was to snort and walk away. Second dinning room is still isn't open til 8am.
Maybe it just be but then late night crew need alot of help. Line always wrapped around the building and every time I get my food it be sloppy. Day time I love it, they friendly, food don't be throwed together and they move quickly and efficiently.
Moultrie Burger King has an INABILITY to make orders as requested! I am not sure I have EVER ordered from here and had it right. Tonight's order included a Jr whopper with cheese and no ketchup. What that became was a whopper Jr extra extra ketchup and not a single napkin in the bag to wipe it off. Luckily for you, I just HATE ketchup, because if I were allergic your business could be facing a MAJOR lawsuit. With all of the food allergies out there, I am honestly shocked it hasn't happened yet. Not to worry, your super special employees will get you there soon enough. Burger King used to be "have it your way" now it seems to be "you'll pay for and eat whatever the eff I feel like putting in your bag". Ridiculous
From my last experience, they have had great improvements. The floors and tables are being kept clean, the drink station are dry and clean. The staff are much more friendlier, and are fast working! I hope to expect the same on my next visit
Stood at the counter waiting to order for about 15 minutes and the managers/workers stood there talking, not even WORKING. Lived here my whole life and every single time I’ve been, the order has NEVER been correct..
Sat in drive through for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, nobody ever took it, this location was not busy at the time of arrival, not a car in sight. I beeped the horn multiple times and still nothing. I guess these people get paid to stand around and do nothing all day. Lazy workers, horrible service.
Online and sign both day they close at 12. Pulled up at 11 with a line behind me just for the store to be closed and they couldn't be bothered to tell the line
I'm standing in the store now . And the management rather talk and be rude. Than help paying customers. The customer service is trash . The food quality is trash as well
